Told me there where 10 data entries…

Updated review: The initial scan indicated 10 data entries, but the resulting report was completely empty. To their credit, customer service noticed the issue and proactively provided an extra free report. However, I still had to follow up via email and leave a review here before finally securing a full refund. Ultimately, the pre-scan tool feels unreliable, but the company will eventually make it right if you complain

Une honte.. ARNAQUE

Une honte... un document totalement vierge de toutes information ! Aucun remboursement - Service client qui ne répond pas mais qui dans un mail reconnait l'erreur !!! A fut c'est une arnaque TOTALE - Société étrangère - Litige ouvert auprès de ma banque

A jelentés szerint diesel az autóm ami nem igaz.Ezek után nem vagyok biztos benne hogy a többi adat fedi a valóságot ha még az alap dolog sem stimmel.Utó irat: állításuk szerint a többi adat stimmel de ez sem igaz (a teljesítmény adat sem jó) .A visszatérítés nem történt meg!!!Hiába írtam az ügyfélszolgálatnak csak még egy ingyenes lekérdezéssel akarnak lerázni.Pedig elismerték a hibát, ennyit arról hogy pénz visszatérítést kapok ha hibás a jelentés!

Good quality for a good price

Good quality for a good price! Cheaper than competitors. Easy to use and very quick: I entered the number plate, checked out quickly, and the report was ready in minutes. It gives a good overview of the car, including all the information I needed before deciding & what to ask the seller. Would use it again before buying a used car and would recommend it to anyone else.

On the report checked for my car (…

On the report checked for my car ( singke owner from 0 km) I saw a doubled incident for the right side and it was actualy one incident and the overall cost was arround 1100 RON and we think it was a shopping cart that made a small dent with screatch ( 2cm x 2cm) on the right back door for the passanger!

Thank you for flagging this and I am sorry. You are right, the right-side damage on your report had an issue: it was a single incident, but the insurance quote was reevaluated a day after the previous quote. I will ask the developers to group these sort of incidents into one.

Wrong car.

I ordered a report for a car with a 1.9 TiD engine producing 150 HP, but I received a report for a 2.3T engine producing 264 HP. The report is inconsistent: in some sections it states 1.9 TiD, while in others it states 2.3T.

I have paid for the report, but I do not know which car the report actually refers to.

Vă mulțumesc pentru feedback și îmi pare rău că raportul nu a fost atât de clar pe cât vă așteptați.

Am verificat personal raportul, iar datele din el sunt pentru mașina dumneavoastră. Raportul conține cinci înregistrări de daune: decembrie 2023, parbriz, 2.546 lei; septembrie 2024, partea stângă, 3.018 lei; octombrie 2024, față și spate dreapta, 2.579 lei; și două evenimente din aprilie 2025, partea dreaptă (1.495 lei) și spate (2.065 lei). Istoricul de service arată inspecția de livrare din decembrie 2018 la 5 km și trei revizii cu schimb de ulei: februarie 2021 la 12.291 km, februarie 2022 la 17.229 km (cu schimb de lichid de frână) și februarie 2023 la 21.981 km (cu filtre, bujii și tambur de frână spate).

Dacă vreo secțiune nu a fost clară, scrieți-mi la info@mrvin.com și vă explic eu fiecare înregistrare, iar dacă există o problemă cu raportul, mă ocup să o rezolv.

Report is incomplete and for someparts…

Report is incomplete and for someparts completely wrong. The car is the wrong one and the whole Dutch period is missing. They say that their catalogue has mistakes and that the filtering was incorrect. So I enden up paying for a useless report. Don't buy this. UPDATE: They have taken my complaint seriously. They Will update their proces and refunded my payment. Happy with the solution!

Le rapport est erronne

Le rapport est erronne
Il stipule un accident en allemagne alors que làvoiture est d origine belge, immatriculee aujourd hui au pays bas.
De même pour le kilometrage.
L historique du kilometrage n a pas ete recupere alors qu il est disponible gratuitement sur le site rdw neerlandais. Sur d autre site j ai même pu récuperer gratuitement la liste des controles techniques et defaut , qje mr vin n'a pas vu.
Je ne conseille pas du tout
Rien a voir avec le site japonais carvx qui n a pas d equivalent en europe

Sur l'accident en Allemagne, en revanche, la vérification donne un autre résultat: cet élément correspond bien à votre VIN. Le rapport contient d'ailleurs des entrées de dommages en Allemagne et en Pologne.

Ergebnis schlecht, aber Service gut

Ergänzung:
Der Kundenservice ist hervorragend. Mein Fall wurde geprüft und daraufhin wurden mir die Kosten erstattet.

Habe mir gerade für fast 30 € diesen Bericht bestellt nachdem bei Eingabe der VIN angekündigt wurde dazu gebe es einige Ergebnisse. Das Gegenteil ist der Fall.
„es wurden keine Einträge gefunden“ steht nun zig mal in diesem „Bericht“.
Nicht einmal das Fahrzeug wurde richtig identifiziert, laut MrVin sei es ein VW Transporter es ist aber eine Pritsche.

not happy - very poor raport with mistakes

just general information about the car including some obvious mistakes. the car i sdefinietely automatic gearbox, report does show manual. completely useless raport. spend over 20euros for nothing

Ich kann vor dieser Website nur warnen. Bevor man bezahlt, wird einem vorgegaukelt, dass umfangreiche Daten zum Fahrzeug vorliegen („21 Datensätze gefunden“). Man erwartet natürlich relevante Informationen wie Historie, Unfälle oder Ausstattungsdetails.
​Nach der Bezahlung folgte die große Enttäuschung: Der gelieferte Bericht enthält lediglich Basisdaten, die man ohnehin schon kennt oder kostenlos im Internet bzw. in den Fahrzeugpapieren findet. Keine nützlichen Zusatzinformationen, kein Mehrwert.
​Das Geschäftsmodell basiert meiner Meinung nach auf Täuschung. Spart euch das Geld!

Very useful
