Varied price, long shipping
According to the details I filled out it was all accurate regarding the state of the phone. But upon assessment after over a month of waiting, the estimate was far lower as there were issues which couldn't be given by the few options before sending the device. While I understand the reasons for the price I was given I find it a little unfair that I couldn't have had a more realistic price before sending the device.

Thanks for the reply, we always try to satisfy our customer and we are sad to hear that you are unhappy with our service and please allow us to explain ourselves.
We received the Samsung Galaxy s20 in cracked screen, cracked back glass and cracked camera glass instead of the poor cosmetic condition, no issues selected on the original sales order. We do have the option of choosing front and back cracked on our website, we will have to revise according to the condition received as is more than cosmetic issues.
We require our customer to send us tracking number (as per the confirmation email) after sending them through Auspost, which we can track the status and complain to Australia Post about the shipping time or missing item. We did not receive the tracking number from you and hence we have no way to lodge a complain to Australia Post if is taking longer than expected time.
We understand this may be frustrating, so if a customer is not happy to accept the revised price, we offer to return your device to you at our expense. If you like would like any further clarification on your sell order, kindly ring us at (03) 94924843, our staff is always ready to assist you.

Great service with quick turn around
I recently sold my 2017 MacBook pro through Tutez Australia. The service was great. The instructions and steps were easy to follow. Sending my MacBook through Australia Post was replied paid, so there was no freight cost. The turnaround time was super quick. The following day from when my parcel was delivered to Tutez (a Saturday), I received my agreed upon funds for selling my laptop. I would use these guys again in the future.

Second transaction w/ Tutez
I love how they work! It's the same day service! I dropped off my phone in their office, they take a look at it and pay and all done in less than a day!. I have sold four devices I found laying around in my house with them in two transactions now, and they all done in the same way. Checking and payment are made in less than 4 hours!.
Overall a five-star experience, check them yourself!
