I purchased Piccadilly nights when Mr Fragrance launched it. I was a on the fence at first due to people on TikTok selling fragrances etc plus it was £80. I must say Mr Fragrance pulled it out the bag and I would happily trust what this guy says about his fragrance 10/10 service and you get a tracking number within 5 minutes. Really honest guy 👍🏼

Paid for fragrance to be shipped to Australia. Mr Jury did not complete the dangerous goods correctly on the shipment form for DHL. Item returned to Mr Jury, have not heard from him since. Scammer.

Your parcel has been sent off correctly and a new tracking number has been sent to you, along with appropriate updates to your email address.
Your parcel was simply delayed due to the bank holiday here is the UK, and did not seem to be moving after its first scan - so we resent your item as we do not want our customers waiting longer than they should be.

I have now got three of his fragrances, his latest one piccadilly deluxe is the absolute dogs ⚽️⚽️ if you know what I mean absolute perfect product it’s a beast
Ordering quick easy great communication tracking number estimated delivery straight after payment no problem 10 out of 10 for fragrance 10 out of 10 for communication and speed of delivery
91/2 out of 10 you could’ve thrown in a free sample 😂

After my initial review, Wayne reached out to me direct via text message and the issue was resolved quickly and hassle free, and went the extra yard personally. Nice touch

If your order hasn’t arrived, or if it has been lost or damaged in transit, we’re more than happy to either issue a full refund or send out a replacement—whichever you prefer. That’s absolutely no problem for us. We’ve also reached out to you directly so we can get this resolved as quickly as possible.
We take a lot of pride in running our business, from creating our fragrances to ensuring orders are shipped promptly so customers receive them as soon as possible. While we do everything on our end, unfortunately, issues with Royal Mail can sometimes occur, and that’s outside of our control. What we can do, however, is make sure this is put right—and we will.

Brilliant Customer Service
Royal Mail decided not to process a delivery for a week (no fault of Jury). When he realised they’d not delivered on time he text me personally very apologetic and made sure the bottle arrived. Brilliant customer service and the fragrances are genuinely brilliant. Last all day on skin and clothes. He’s got a long term customer in me!

No fragrance arrived
48 hours tracked? Lies! Ordered my fragrance 8 days ago now and still no sign of it. No contact details on the website to get in touch either…. Do better! I’ve DMd on TikTok and left a comment to no reply. Plus the testers I ordered previously turned up cracked and he did nothing to rectify. Shame as I was really hoping his fragrance would be one I’d order consistently every few months. He’s lost a proper repeat customer in me.

I placed an order in november 2022. Order no 1714. Never recieved anything but bad excuses from Mr Jury. Even tried to contact him on Tiktok Instagram etc but he blocked me. Would give 0 stars if that could be done.

Top guy who cares
I ordered a couple of samples and only one arrived so I contacted Mr Jury. He phoned me to apologise and resent my order. Picadilly 14 is a lovely apple scent, fresh and great for warm days. Picadilly Nights is a beautiful date night fragrance with great performance. From a disappointing first impression I'm glad ha resolved the issue with my order so I could smell these wonderful scents, only problem for me is that I keep sniffing my arm!

I ordered Piccadilly Nights and the scent was remarkable. Strong and long lasting!
I sprayed it whilst stood in my wardrobe and it’s been 3 days and the scent is still there!
I also received a couple of samples too with my order, Piccadilly 14 - wow. Will definitely purchase that in the future. Delivery was prompt and well informed too.
