Mr Brown wanted to take his love of trainers to the next level. Really unhelpful service
Really unhelpful service. Said it would take 2-5 days to post, it took over 10 days! I had to email numerously, the first time they tried to give me a size 6 instead of size 5 telling me it would fit better- they clearly didn’t have the stock but took my order anyway. Then when I finally got the items, the box was ripped and battered, the shoes were soaking wet and they left the label on from office; they got the shoes for £100 and sold them to me for £185! An £85 mark up! Completely unacceptable from start to finish, I don’t recommend purchasing from this store. I’ve since contacted them about how unhappy I am before writing the review and they’ve ignored me

Brilliant shop & really friendly, friendliest shop I’ve ever known&make sure your purchase is 100% perfect.I finally managed to get hold of the Ugg tasmans for my wife’s birthday on Tuesday . They went to ship them out then saw there was a tiny scuff so decided to source another pair&sent them straight away with next day delivery so they came in time for her birthday. The owner kept apologising which I felt he didn’t need to. It was very kind of them to decide to sorce another pair specially when they’re hard to get hold of. Still with them doing that & Christmas they came very quickly .Will definitely go to these guys in the future. Also the personalised Christmas card was a good touch.Thank you ☺️
