My ITIL training/test system/PeopleCert exam also needed to be extended by couple of times because I was not able to finish with that in time. Mplaza Service gave me the right direction, communicated clearly the possible options for consideration and after my decision they managed the payment procedure and rest of the administration pretty smooth way. Writing about PRINCE2 Foundation. Perfect course design. Responsive personal follow-up. Frank knows the methods of teaching. 10/10 learning experience.

The course arranged in 3 iterations, which makes it perfectly easy to review and consolidate all knowledge points. In other words, you don't have to go back to any class/chapter along the course of study, because Frank will repeat what you need to know, three times. This is my favourite part.

In addition, all my questions are answered timely and extensively. I genuinely felt not only helped, but also cared.

I used the Mplaza exam simulator after failing my first attempt at passing the Prince2 practitioner exam. The ability to practice by topic enabled me to see where I needed to spend more time in reviewing the subject matter. I highly recommend the Mplaza exam simulator, it will save you the cost of having to resit exams!

Mocking tests on Mplaza are great and a really good prep for the exam. Mplaza staff is always there to help. I will continue taking more tests and video material from Mplaza:)

Where do I start? I have found Mplaza as was looking at taking the PRINCE2 course and examination with The Knowledge Academy, after reading a lot of negative reviews about The Knowledge academy I found a facebook group that has pointed me in the direction of mplaza, I am glad they did, the whole staff at Mplaza and especially Frank have been so helpful, they not only provide great course content but also look after their customers, Frank has went out of his way to help me understand different aspects of project management and career opportunities, the course is so well structured that I have passed after 7 days with a high score, all thanks to the clever way they deliver the knowledge, the exam simulator and mini games at the end of each section really made sure the knowledge sinks in and is a great tool to study. The videos are short and cover everything you need for the exam and the simulators extensive bank of questions and different combinations makes sure you understand the answers rather then memorising the correct ones. All in all I strongly recommend mplaza to anyone looking for a professional PM qualifications, money well spent!

The course, simulator are really valuable and make this succeed happened.
I will now work on the next one : ITIL

Looking at the PRINCE2 Practitioner course, it is half baked, the videos resorting at times to a coffee talk with another lecturer you have to watch. Nothing that I found really appealing and a waste of time& money. Nothing really preps you for the exam.
The slides, music, editing mistakes are very distracting during the PRINCE2 Foundation course.
The content was also very shallow even for a foundation course, not adding context.

The fees skyrocketed by 50% over the last 2years. This is not due to the exam fee increase.

Mr Turley is NOT a former examiner, so does not know how the deeper ins&outs. All he will teach is written in the PRINCE2 handbook.
He stopped working as a PM years ago, so take his practical knowledge with a grain of salt. The profession develops!

If you study for PRINCE 2 book the exams yourself via Peoplesoft, take e-learning as you need, buy the PRINCE2 book 2nd hand... good enough!

There are 1000s of other PM trainers out there, happy to take your business.

CS issues:
Had a run-in with the CS-team at MPLAZA.
All of them seem very disorganized, not what you would expect from a person who teaches/works in PM for that long.
CS-team does not follow their own processes, making it up as they go, providing robotic answers, or sending out 5 emails from 3 diff people....a typical call center experience from overseas.

MPLAZA is not really solution based when you bring up valid and elaborate (constructive) critique.
Do not expect anything as the approach is the same as any corporation. deny, deny, deny...cover-up.

On Mr Turley:
Mr. Frank Turley seems to be very jaded and arrogant, having experienced him at various events. This not sth that you would expect from a self-proclaimed "PM activist".
Accepting critique is not his strong point and you will be kicked to the curb quickly if your face does not fit/ raise your voice. I experienced this when I raised my voice.

Mr Turley tours around for his latest "child" a PM light approach, sponsored by the EU. Another money maker w/o added benefit. Old wine in new bottles.
You can use a bunch of other already existing/ scale-able PM approaches.

I cut ties after all of this and his constant up-selling on LinkedIn.
Bad taste remains, when Mr Turley compares himself/his business with other providers and ranks everybody. No Frank good businesses do not do that!
MPLAZA is not competitive on value for money.

As MPLAZA responded I am adding further context as this has been left out very conveniently by them, some call it being dishonest.
"101 damage control", but w/o the receipts to show for....Just the appearance of a real business. BUYER BEWARE.

That I am displeased with "MPLAZA's CS being located in ASIA" and more importantly the "miserable service attitude of CS staff " is a statement of FACT and NOT a racial debate. At no point I have been rude or condescending. However, I was talked to like I would be a 5y old child and addressed like I would be their drinking buddy.

Further racial remarks/highlights were inserted by MPLAZA for gas-lighting reasons, as happening in their response here for an easy excuse not to act on their misconduct and to deflect. It is shameful when businesses and their agents resort to actions like this, however it shows their maturity.

The customer was left cut and dry, 4 emails had to be written in the span of 4 days w/o any action from MPLAZA. 5 different agents involved themselves w/o looking at the subject matter. In the meanwhile, I got flooded with emails by MPLAZA, that they would need my feedback after my last exam (feedback harvesting).
The proclaimed openness to constructive feedback is a lip service, as we are all too familiar with any companies.
The really serious businesses reveal themselves when things get difficult. Mr Turley/MPLAZA prefer to run for the hills.

As for above unprofessional conduct of MPLAZA staff and Mr Turley, the business relationship was terminated by myself in the early afternoon. This was confirmed an hour later by MPLAZA.

MPLAZA and their staff were advised that legal action would be taken if slander/defamation of character would be found.

The great thing about MPlaza is that, they have great online courses, champion trainers, great support and they allow you to go through any online course up to 30% of the course before you decide to pay for it.
The video based training is the best I have ever seen. And it is delivered by the best subject matter experts, who are passionate about teaching.
The method of teaching and the philosophies behind it are a first experience for me and it works for very busy people like us.
The additional simulated exams are a plus. Recommend to anyone for a great way to learn to remember and get certified.
The online support and email support is second to none.

Do not use this company nor there exam platform people cert.
I Spent over 2 hours with there staff because of there technical issues. Just before exam isn't what you want.
Honestly please don't use these lot.

By far the best purchase for my prince 2 learning, revision and exam simulator. The structure of the course is excellent with real quality discussions on all principles, themes and processes that gives real practical information on applying them. Smashed the exam with 83 percent. My thanks to the course content creators.

I never write these type of public reviews but I've had nothing but outstanding learning experience in PRINCE2 practitioner and passed it 70+% with ease.

The founder Frank and his trusty support desk specialist Tahreem are very responsive in the Facebook group they run (PRINCE2 Study Support Group) which happens to be the biggest and most active PRINCE2 study group online (The other P2 groups on LinkedIn etc are filled with ads and spam) and you can see Frank responding to questions actively from students.

The exam simulator is the biggest killer feature to passing PRINCE2 Practitioner. Make sure you get 75% consistently across all exams to pass as Frank advises.

The exam simulator provides detailed explanation directly from the P2 manual so you get familiar and tabs the pages - needed skill in P2 Practitioner open book exam. I ended up using the partial exam simulator that focuses on a single topic as it's short 12 Questions set and I can easily complete it with my hectic work/family obligations. I ended up completing all the partial exam simulator for all topics many many times until I was getting 75-100% 2-4 times in a roll and build enough confidence to take the real exam.

I've checked out other online trainers and none of them provide exam simulator at all (All of them pretend to give you their mock exam but instead they give out the already free Axelos sample exam you can download also directly from Axelos for free, very pointless bait and switch).

The exam simulator gets you into the routine programming of the actual exam grammar/word formatting so you know where to look for keywords e.g. May/can/could is risk register/risk approach theme.

Check out prince2.wiki also -- it's the best summary of Prince2 manual online especially the diagrams. In short, just buy this Prince2 exam course, get 75% results for exam simulator and pass exam.

The course was broken down properly and easy to understand. The exam simulator was also a great help. I was able to take my exams within two weeks of purchasing the course

The course contents and simulated exams designed for the PRINCE2 Foundation exam are super helpful to prepare for the real thing. Glad to have found Mplaza as a training partner for the first part of my PRINCE2 certification and got me so prepared to score a solid 82%.

I passed the Prince 2 Practitioner exam and without a doubt, this would not have been possible without the e-learning course from Management Plaza. I sat for the Foundation exam two years ago but despite spending money on other online self-study courses I was not confident enough to take the Practitioner exam.
