I wish I could upload screenshots as evidence. This game will rob you. I was loosing in three card flush with the same exact hand as my opponent. Example 8 of hearts and 9 of diamonds on the flop. I had a 10 of spades opponent had 10 of clubs. I lost 14.60$ on that hand and after reviewing my screen recordings it was one of many like this. They show the winners hand for a fraction of a second so players can not see their deception. Customer service ignores me, they won’t provide me with anything I ask and give me round about answers that helps in no way. Avoid MPL

Most third class company. MPL uses bot in every game to cheat player's money. MPL is most fraud and cheating company. I want to rate it negative but there is no option for that. I am highly frustrated with this fraud MPL

Complete fraud game.....I'm a pro ludo player and I hv never loses more than 3 games in my lifetime but here whenever I bet more than 500 I'm losing the game....fun is I have won all my games with bet of 50rs to 250rs....THERE ARE SO MANY BETTING APPS IN MARKET GUYS TRUST ME YOU ARE JUST FOOLING BY FOOLERS...THERE IS NO SUCH APP MAKE YOU RICH....you will lose every day and make your account zero by EOD.... What is wrong with you guys is that their customer service is bullshit!!!!
The only way you can communicate with them is via messaging there is no phone there is no people to actually converse with and there is no way of protecting your money that they went from where you have to confirm money being spent from your account to no conversation and games will just start and spending your money without your permission and they will not do a damn thing to refund your money they argue with you about it...
They want you to do all the footwork for them I don't know why they're getting paid when they don't do their jobs their customer service is garbage!!!!
They accept you to constantly be running a recording of your activity on there which is pretty hard to do when activities happens with you not even being on there I can be completely away from my phone not touching my phone and games will start spending my money and they won't refund it I'm not even playing the game my money is being spent because there is no confirmation extra button to push for your money to get spent anymore this is total total BS
I told them I was going to do this and I am going to continue to leave bad reviews because their customer service is horrible yes you can win money on the site but when they're spending your money and having ghost games go on with your money without your permission or your knowledge and they won't refund money that is being spent out of your money not their money your money being stuck without your permission or your knowledge and they don't write the wrong that is not okay!!!

If they have people that are supposedly customer service they should know how to look at the platform they should know that if it is not being played by a person and it just being autopiloted and that a person has not made one single move that more than likely that person had no knowledge of their money being spent right I mean it's kind of common Sense..
If they want to argue with you about it they want you to do all the footwork for them I've made a complaint I always have made complaints every time I see this kind of activity happen and they wanted me to get them more details it's not my damn job I'm not getting paid for this shit it's their job they don't do it they're lazy they're crappy their customer service is horrible

I was gonna come here to write a terrible scam site review but seems I was beat to the punch.. like I’ve seen others post. They’ll let you have a few wins, and be a decent cash out, but they definitely control that “winning” part….

They are horrible DO NOT USE you can put in money no problem once you goto withdrawal they want to verify you well I uploaded my ID and they say my information is wrong the only platform on the Internet that my info doesn't match my ID? The support is horrible they said use your driving license I am disabled I can not drive this is valid identification I would not recommend this as you see it's not on Google play for a reason SCAMMER!

Newest bs is when playing draw 4 it shows one opponent joining them all of a sudden at when game starts it's a completely different person and there hands set up to auto win within 3 rounds of play.
New updates take more and more things out. Ability to earn free plays are almost non-existent now, they took away free games for every game but the worst bot riddled game SPADES and then if you are lucky enough to win u now only get a whooping .05 and only allowed 3 games a day meaning at most you can earn .15 in a day and lowest amount to play is .50 so you're going to have to win all 3 games for at least 4 days outta 7 to even get a free game.
They removed token ticket option and was supposed to convert unused tokens to credits yet still shows all tokens nothing changed except no way to use them. When changes first took effect they where giving .90 weekly now it's about every 2-3+ wks next it'll probably disappear too. To top it off before last couple of update bag penalty used to be 5 but if u happened to be winning and only one or two points over they'd still give you the penalty. Sent screenshots/videos to support and told over and over they are aware of issue and even when it cost you your win they won't correct it. As out of the dozens of times I contacted on issue a few I had over 50points in game already and would have won game on next round as hit 1-2 over the prediction and instead of adding points earned it minuses 50 wiping out all points giving bot game.
Gets worse with every update. Now you don't even have options for Freeplay games. Used to get coins you could use for tickets to play games. Now only free to play game is Spades and it's always rigged to give not almost all the spades so they always win. And even if you happen to win you get a whooping nickel meaning you have to win 10 before you can actually play a game. Even on games you've clearly won with irrefutable proof they state there was no issues in game, or we e aware of issue and even when should have won 0 competition is ever received. No point in having a way to contact customer support because it's 1000% useless. They state to email support because I started recording every single game to document the way their games cheat. The email team never responded big shock there "not really" there as useless as chat support. The daily rewards are set to get better the more you get on yet 2/7 days it doesn't pop up and there is no longer a way to click it to manually collect, days even closed and opened app a dozen times and no pop up. Chatted to support told of were aware of issue, months later still no fix.

They refused to honor an incentive offer for playing 1000 games. They also filed a completely incorrect 1099. I'm not paying taxes on money that I didn't make. I'll update this review if they submit a corrected 1099 to the IRS.

Tax fraud is a federal crime. If they don't submit the corrected 1099 by the 14th of February, I will begin reporting this to the IRS and the FBI.

MPL cant verify my identity even with my ID. I get the same circular automated messages when i reach out to customer service, and they "close" my issue without reasolution.
I have been putting money in because I like this platform, and I win but i think its because i cant cash out.
Customer service is practically nonexsistant.
I hesitate to remove the app because I hope it will get better, as i continue to attempt to validate myself, but after finally reading some reviews, there is no longer any question... gone!

Let me begin by saying this has nothing to do with a loss of money…I’m very upset with this company because when you pay the games…ie spades they claim you are playing with real people but anyone who plays spades would never make the plays this game does…it’s seems like you are playing against computers who compare their hands and play against you to intentionally make you lose…At first i thought well ok maybe it’s me but after many many games of them doing the exact same thing over and over …i realized this is rigged……. Tried another i played rummy and you win the free games but you bet any real money and soon as the game starts maybe 2 rounds in the game gets gin catching you with every card and boom you lose….i honestly have played different times giving them a break and returning to see if they still with the foolishness…and it’s always the same…do not waste your money with these scammers

The fact you have to PICK the winning bingo card out of the 4 options is BS....So it has NOTHING to do with how well u play the game but it's based on whether or not u choose correctly..I will not spend ANOTHER PENNY on MPL

Deposited money to play won a couple time and successfully withdrew the money but on the 3rd time I tried to withdraw it requested my social security number to verify my identity which I entered and it was immediately rejected when I reach out to support for help I’m told that there is no way to contact the team that verifies my identity to confirm who I am!?!?!?

This mpl app is a scam. Yes you do get your money but there is a catch to it which I say is a scam. I write this review after a week of experimenting it. Here's is the breakdown of the reasons why, let's say you enter a game of betting or rummy and bet 10$ then if you win you get 8$ which they will take 2$ as a platform fees Or game fees, and if you want to withdraw it you will be taxed another 2$ as a government tax. So in the end you get 1$ in profit by risking your 5$, that is to say you !!win!!. If you asked me would I risked 5$ to make 1$ by winning, Hell Nooo!. And let's say you win big in some type of tournament which is unlikely, I'm sorry to say but you won't be able to get your money easily, here's why, the game has a certain daily withdrawal limits with only 1 withdrawal per day allowed. You would need months to even withdraw your winning and please don't forget the fees when withdrawing, yes they will always taxed 30% everytime you withdraw or even up to 40%-50% if you win in tournament, so you will get half you winning excluding platform fees which they will charge for sure, which you will needs months to even withdraw. And here's another hole in their company, when I read their policy and terms and conditions, in short, the company is not held responsible for the lost of funds of customer, 😆ridiculous. So they can say your funds is suspicious and banned you if you win big like in tournament and get away with no charge of scam or crimes. And don't forget all others review of rig games for you to lose and even your opponent will lose too, because they design it for everyone to win and lose both so that they can kept charging you and your opponents games fees everytime you plays. So even if you manage to win the sum cumulative cash of all the player decreases due to fees, if you understand what I meant.
After reading my review, think for yourself if you think it's worth investing your time and money here. I would mention if there is even a single things good about it, but i can't find any. Decide for yourself.

I have been playing MPL for the last 6 months and I love it!! I don't know why alot of people say it's a scam?? I have won a good amount of money playing 3 card flush, spades and Bingo. I have no problems cashing out and no problems getting issues resolved. Highly recommend

I use to think the house always wins was an understatement until mpl took me for $50 of my own money and when I won it back they had me down to 10 cent and took that too! 3 days later I put in 2 dollars and recouped 15 but they took 10 back consecutively even today I just won $.30 on free play but after being up $4 it went right back to them taking again its no way I choose the tackle on the first pick for that football game back to back especially when I'm gambling my money ill hit 2 footballs and cash out but hitting one and its a tackle is insane they took alot today alone

starting to feel like it’s a scam almost every time I have winnings I have to fight to get them and show screenshots… I have tokens that I can’t use. when I win on the football game too many times all of a sudden there’s an internal service error and I can’t play anymore. however, it’ll sit there and let me lose all day long.
