Beautiful lingerie, fits perfectly even if the sizing was S/M/L rather than cup size. Shipping was fast too, considering it went from the US to Australia. Really love the styles!

Moxy Intimates has a great selection and their customer service is outstanding. I always find something I love.

Cheap, cheap, cheap quality. I ordered a bra in a large and it will fit maybe a 32 b. Dont waste your money on anything. The return process is ridiculous. The ads they run are deceiving, it should be illegal.

Moxy approved my return and provided a return label. The returned package was delivered on April 6, 2026, according to USPS tracking.

More than two months later, I still have not received my $303.60 refund.

Multiple emails have gone unanswered. A BBB complaint has been filed.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

I never received my order. At first costumer service told me to go to the post office it was at.. which was in a different state then where i live and when i told them that they sent me this-

After checking with the logistics company, we have learned that the package has been returned to the warehouse which belongs to a third party due to out of home/the rejection of goods/the out of contact/ delivery failure/ the unknown reasons and we are unable to resend a new package to you. We fully understand your feelings and needs. After checking with our manager, we would like to offer 15 USD refund as compensation. Is it ok for you? In fact, this order cannot be returned to our warehouse, so we have suffered losses in this transaction. Please kindly understand that this is the best we can offer. Hope you can accept our proposal.

So I am maybe only even getting less than half of what i paid back if that is even not a scam.

Great customer service / Five stars for Moxy Intimates! I had an issue with a delayed UPS delivery for an upcoming trip, and Vivi from their support team went above and beyond to help me out. She sent a replacement immediately so I’d have my order in time for my honeymoon. Fantastic service and beautiful products—highly recommend!

Bought it for myself and I’m glad I did. No special reason, just wanted something cute. It looks like the photos, fits well, and made me feel good wearing it. Would buy from Moxy again.

I was a little nervous ordering this because my body has changed after having kids, and I wasn’t sure how I would feel in it. But I ended up liking it a lot. The fit was more forgiving than I expected, and it made me feel good without feeling uncomfortable. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was worth it.

My boyfriend and I are long distance, so I wanted something nice for when we finally got to spend time together. I was worried it might not look like the photos, but it actually looked really cute in person. The fit was flattering and I felt more confident wearing it. He liked it too, so overall I’m really happy with the purchase.

Absolute scam, please don't waste your money like I did. Items are cheap, break immediately, look nothing like they do in the pictures and customer service continually lies to you. I asked for the correct set to be shipped and they said they would ship it out, it's been 70 days now and still nothing. They don't have reviews on their website for a reason and all the reviews on Shop are fake, I have tried submitting reviews on the items I purchased and it simply won't show up if it's a bad review.

I was very excited when I ordered four different items for a friend‘s bridal shower. I purchased two bra and panty sets and two cute pajama short sets. I was very disappointed that they came thrown in a bag, wrinkled and not wrapped a little bit more elegantly being as it look like a nicer store and product. I was also appalled that only one item (bra) had a tag on it. The others had nothing - not even washing instructions on the inside of the garments on a tag. They were all made in China. It looks like I went to a dollar store. Definitely not worth the price I paid and I will be returning all of them.

I have had a not-so-great experience this time with ordering from Moxy. I paid for priority shipping to receive the item as soon as possible and all went through like normal. I then received an email that the item I ordered was out of stock/preorder but since I ordered off the Shop app that didn’t reflect that the item was not available. I told the company that was fine and I’ll just take the refund since I needed it soon for a bachelorette. The next morning I woke up to an alert that it shipped and then an email saying I could not receive a refund because it was already scanned to be shipped ( I realize now they did this so that they wouldn’t have to refund me). Ok, great I would get my item… well a week passed and no update on where my item was it was just saying it was scanned but not moving from the Moxy location. Finally, it arrived after about 2ish weeks and at that point, I didn’t need the item and bought something from another company. I decided to return the item in the original bag it was shipped in, I don’t even think I looked at the item just opened it and left it in the bag. Well now we are going on 2 weeks of returning and it says it was delivered but no updates on when I’ll recieve my refund. You also have to pay for the return shipping out of your refund from the order. This experience has just all been annoying and now I won't get my full amount of the item and priority shipping I paid back because I had to return the item due to a company's error. What a scam

Don't get back to you on any platform, inta, Facebook, thier portal and etsy store don't exist. It's a scam

Customer service is nonexistent. Their website claims they’ll get back to you in 12hrs. 3 emails and 2 weeks later I still haven’t gotten a response

Great Quality. Shippent took 3 Weeks to Europe (keep in mind that you need to pay taxes!).
Looks beautiful and would recommend.

The store offers cute products for a good price, but customer service is very poor quality. I made a mistake with the shipping address when I ordered and sent them an email immediately asking to cancel. After 3 or 4 emails, they got back to me about 2 weeks later. I also returned most the items over a week ago and am yet to hear if they received my items/been given a refund.
