Ordered motorhome satnav and was told 48 hour delivery. It took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. It did not work properly, no gps signal received. I complained to Moxier Uk only to find this is a Chinese company operating out of Hong Kong. They point blank refused to refund asking for a video of the fault. I asked on multiple occasions for a return address which was refused so unable to return the faulty unit. I opened a claim back case with RBS who in turn asked for a letter outlining my complaint even though I had provided them with copies of all emails to Moxier. RBS closed my claim after 7 days without getting my money back. Avoid this scam company call costs.

DO NOT ever purchase from this company, poor quality faulty products and won’t process a refund or return.

Scam company, poor products, poor service they never give refunds unless you return the product to China (at your expense), where they always arrive “damaged “ no matter how well packaged they are, and therefore no refund. Never ever accept that product is faulty, even when given video evidence. So, do not buy anything from them.

Terrible! Will not accept a refund despite the product not being as described. This is a Chinese based company with AI replies. We’ll be taking it further but DO NOT buy from here!!!!

Not a UK Company, Low end drop shipping site based in China who do not comply with uk laws of consumer rights. Cheap products cleverly marketed as higher end goods. Ordered a supposedly highly rated e-scooter only to find on arrival it was a cheap Chinese branded model found elsewhere on line at half the price. Wasn’t as described either with some missing features. Customers service on requesting a return address and refund essentially uses avoidance tactics sending the same email with no return address repeatedly offer a few ££ to avoid the return £3 off a £319 product?! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I ordered a Sat nav from what I thought was a UK company - but when it arrived the instructions were mainly in Chinese, there was no invoice, order number etc & it was difficult to operate. I requested a refund, which I am entitled to, but the answer was that it was very difficult to return to China.
They have offered me a refund of 3% off £119, which is a joke. I will just have to pit the experience down to bad luck & vow to read reviews before purchase.

Do not buy anything from them!!! They pretending to be UK based company, but truth is, they are Chinese scammers, who sell low quality products. If you want to return the item you bought, they make it difficult to return and insist that you have to return it to China. They keep trying to stop you from returning, by giving you various discounts , but don’t fall for it, just call your card issuer. As they operating under UK domain, misleading customers that they are legit UK company, they should provide you an UK return address and if they fail to do that call your bank for an chargeback. More chargebacks against them, means that they hopefully may be out of business soon. They also want to charge you for 15% restocking fee, shipping fee to China and customs tax, which is ridiculous. You’ve been warned! Don’t do the same mistake, like i did, just read the reviews first, before buy!

This company is a big scam. Do not purchase anything from them. Their products are cheap and rubbish. They will not give refunds and only offer a small percentage of your money back.

Refusing to refund a product that isn’t working.

Don’t buy this. The slots are far too small and they have a 14day return policy with you paying all expenses, which considering where they are based would be considerable. I usually avoid these Chinese type companies but was swayed by the recommendation and it’s not always obvious where they are. Who writes these misleading reviews.

I purchased a sat nav online and, after reading numerous poor reviews, cancelled the order immediately. I was well within my legal cooling-off period.

The company responded by demanding an additional £20 “cancellation/refund fee”, which was never disclosed or agreed to at the point of purchase. This is not compliant with UK consumer law.

Despite cancelling promptly, I was left with no product, no delivery date, and no refund, while they continued to hold my money. Their final response ended with the phrase “have a nice life”, which says a lot about their attitude to customers and basic professionalism.

I have now had to pursue the matter through my card provider to recover my money.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this seller.

I bought what I thought was a good quality toaster for £99. When it arrived it was cheap looking. My daughter looked for it on Amazon and it was £25.

If you get scammed buy this company report to trading standards as they advertise high quality products and deliver low quality, then apply for a charge back with your credit card company they are aware of this kind of scam.

This company is a complete scam! I ordered their Air Fryer) on the basis of (what I now understand to be) fake product reviews on Google. I paid £148 but never received my item (it is now 2 months later). Despite many emails to their (so called) customer support email address they will not refund me.

Chinese scammers.

Robot hoover. Product is rubbish. App is terrible. Attempt to refund, usual story, offering 10% of the value or return to China.

Item was shipped from UK address, lesson learned. DO NOT TRUST

Been asking these thieves for my £99 back for item i didn't recieve and absolutely nothing now from them for 6 weeks, complete silence. But at your peril as I believe them to be crooks.

I can’t give less than 1 star. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We were attracted by the cheap cost of a 9” satnav. What an expensive lesson. The company are going out of their way to acknowledge issues and judging by other reviews we will ultimately be informed to return this to China at our cost where it will undoubtedly be damaged on arrival. Absolutely furious that efforts to secure a refund are falling on deaf ears and all efforts made to avoid refunding.

The worst ever online site i have ever experienced. I bought a sat nav. And it wasn't what I accepted and I asked for return after a day I got it. Until now they r asking all the stupid questions they know without reason.. the only taking and wasting my time... please be sure what r u buying from this moxier bad site... the worst costumer service ever. Do not be misled by Facebook Surveys stating that the Moxier Toaster is the best on the market. What they are actually doing is selling a Winning Star Toaster for £ 99 of which a seemingly identical Winning Star Toaster is available on Amazon for £ 24. At no point in their correspondence or on their website mention the product is not a Moxier item. And then....when you come to try and return it....you get the response ; I need to explain that it is a hassle to return the product.

Please note:

1. you need to return the product to China by yourself and bear the return shipping cost;
2. After the return is successful, we need to deduct the relevant customs duty, as well as deduct 15% of the return fee;
3. If the product is damaged during the return process, it will not be returned.
4.The return policy states that the return address must be provided by us, the address on the parcel is not our return address, if you return the parcel to any other address other than the one provided by us, we will not be able to receive the parcel, and then all the losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the parcel without permission.

If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay for the shipping costs, as well as customs duties. Returning the item from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.

In this case, if you keep the item. We give you a refund of 3% of this order. You can give the parcel as a gift to your friends or family. What do you think '?

So you seemingly have the hassle of returning the item to China with the doubt in your mind you will ever see a refund.......but they give the impression you are dealing with a bona fide UK company with normal return rights under their returns and refunds policy as stated on their website. My advice is ' avoid this company at all costs '.

it makes driving to work way less painful lol. the CarPlay screen hooks up right away when i turn the key and the display looks super crisp. definitely worth it
