So, what should you expect from your estate agent?
...well yes, especially in terms of achieving the best price; however these should be your standard expectations of any estate agent.
You should also expect your estate agent to listen, so as to understand the motivation behind the move, and in doing so offer the best possible advice specific to your circumstances.
Your estate agent should respond in a timely fashion, provide excellent levels of communication and remain both positive and dedicated throughout the whole process.
They should remain true to the cause, telling you what you need to hear, even if at times this may not be what you were hoping to hear. Honest feedback is vital and as a straight-talking estate agency, we are here to assist people in the sale of their property and will always treat the situation with the respect it deserves.

Movuno are fabulous
Movuno were superb with us from start to finish. Due to issues further down the chain, our sale was a drawn our process - but Andrea in the Hindley office never gave up,and constantly fought our corner to push the sale along.
We also found Movuno very reasonably priced in comparison to other agents in the area.
We would recommend Movuno in a heartbeat.

A very professional company
We have used Movuno twice to sell properties and they have always been very helpful. They arranged all the viewings (as we live abroad) and kept us fully updated. Movuno were recommended to us by family and we would certainly do the same. A very friendly and professional team!

Moveuno - Hindley covers Westhoughton second to none service
The service was superb from first contact until the sale was finally completed. Ken, Andrea and Laken worked hard to gain the sale for me. Very professional, good advice and approachable.Good explanation of process, following up solicitors. Good communication with myself and buyers.
It was not an easy sale but they did everything to help.

What an amazing team. Our sale was lengthy, stressful and full of unexpected twists and turns. Olivia was an absolute rock throughout. Professional, positive and supportive. We cannot express in words how she kept us going and kept us focused.

I have just had my house sold through Movuno (Hindley), I can highly recommend them to any one selling a property. Absolutely brilliant service, extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I initially had three estate agents to visit but only one took the time to ask questions and really get to know the property, its history, features, etc, quite important knowledge to have if they are to sell your property. I have never had to ring for updates as they have kept me updated. Ken and Andrea brilliant, quick to respond to any queries and always available at the other end of the phone. They accompanied all the viewers for me. The service I have received was far beyond anything I though possible, they go that extra mile and offer that personal touch that is top class, leaving the whole experience stress free. I really can't thank them enough for all their hard work. Absolutely brilliant, thank you Movuno!!
