Your estate agent should respond in a timely fashion, provide excellent levels of communication and remain both positive and dedicated throughout the whole process.
They should remain true to the cause, telling you what you need to hear, even if at times this may not be what you were hoping to hear. Honest feedback is vital and as a straight-talking estate agency, we are here to assist people in the sale of their property and will always treat the situation with the respect it deserves.

We were with another Estate Agent and as soon as the sold sign went up that was it not a phone call or message .The sale fell through after four months and we had to start all over again. We changed Estate Agent and went with Movuno and what a totally different experience they are absolutely first class Olivia has been in touch with us every day and Ken Lakan and Andria the A team absolutely brilliant. Fantastic speedy response to every query we had,they kept us informed at all times, we could always get in touch straight away. We can't recommend them enough a professional team who take away the stress of moving house.

Great team, brilliant communication - definitely recommend!
From our valuation with Ken, to liaising with Olivia and Lakan for our viewings and the development of the sale. The team at movuno have been fantastic. Their communication has been brilliant, always responding to emails and phone calls. They have been down to earth and personable. And we were really impressed with the profile they created for our home. The photos were modern and description of our property was detailed. They took care of all the viewings and tried to book back to back visits were possible, which really helped us.
We were able to sell our house very quickly. Can't fault them!

Straightforward sale and great customer service
A potentially stressful sale of my late father's house in a town where I no longer live was made easier by the efforts of the Movuno team and particularly Olivia who looked after us very well. Finalising the sale was a long process due to the requirements of probate and Movuno were patient and helpful throughout.

We bought a property through Movuno and it was a great experience.
Olivia Halsall was my sales agent and her level of active communication was top notch. Apart from the fact that She gave me more update even than my supposed solicitor, she chased everybody up politely to enhance a speedy, smooth and amazing completion.
Lakan was always present and patient to help us with viewing and her service was great, always smiling.
I would recommend Movuno over and over again as our property purchase was completed in about 12 weeks without any hassle.
