Absolutely atrocious communication. Booked a move didnt hear anything until i reached out the week before my move.
The answer i got was that i would be contacted sometime the day before or in the morning with the specifics, usually at 08.am. After this i recieve no further contact.
On the day of the move i assume that someone would contact me at 08.am seeing as i didnt hear anything the day before. But noone does and when I call and email the office no-one answers.
We had to wait until 10am for any communication whatsoever and by that time we couldnt risk being stuck without movers and had went with another company.
Conveniently minutes after i send an email explaining that i wouldnt need their services a customer service rep from the company calls me up and says that i will be charged the full amount.
Absolutely ridiculous
The movers that came were calm, professional and kind. It made a very stressful thing like moving a lot easier! Would recommend them to anyone.
Very poor customer service and communication.

Great service, been moving from Madrid to Rome and the whole move was performed professionally with no issues, the customer service was especially good.
