Very fast delivery and provided exactly what I wanted

I had professional dealings with Movinglife and feel it's important to share my experience for the benefit of others. While the company offers innovative mobility products, I found the UK and Ireland administrative operations to be disorganised and lacking professionalism. Communication was inconsistent and key commitments were not followed through in a timely or reliable manner.
The UK office is managed by individuals with limited experience in customer service and operational efficiency, while the Irish administrative support was, in my experience, particularly ineffective due to competency issues. The UK operation is led by people with a South African background now operating in the UK.
The wider business is overseen by an overseas sales manager whose leadership style fosters a culture of personal loyalty over professional merit. Staff are expected to regularly flatter and emotionally support the manager, regardless of performance or outcome. Failure to do so can result in job insecurity.
Clients considering Movinglife should be aware that while the brand is Israeli in origin, much of the UK facing operation is run by British born individuals who spent most of their lives in South Africa. This may be relevant for those who value transparency in company structure and accountability.

I received excellent service from Helen when I ordered a flight cover as I needed on an urgent basis. She was both friendly and managed to send me flight cover and get it to me thank you Helen.

Please be aware Motors very noisy everyone looks around at you with it and only do 5 miles at max weight capacity

Drew came to see us today to demonstrate your mobility scooters. He was very hands on and knew his subject very well. I wanted a folding scooter for holidays, abroad primarily, and in the north of England. I tried the 3 wheel scooter, I had fallen off one previously (different make) which had knocked my confidence. Drew explained how to drive a 3 wheeler safely, and I felt happy during my test. I had some questions to ask. Drew was very patient with me and answered them all with clarity using clear language. I have ordered one, will give further review in couple weeks when it has been delivered and I have sufficient knowledge to give a full, frank abd honest review of the scooter.

After my Moving Life scooter gave out just before a Lady Gaga concert in London, and with a holiday flight looming, I was in a real bind. I rely on my scooter due to mobility challenges, and time was running out. With less than an hour before closing, I called Moving Life directly, and what followed was nothing short of extraordinary.

Helen Spengler and Drew Baker went above and beyond. Helen swiftly arranged for me to purchase a new scooter and coordinated with Drew to deliver it to Gatwick Airport the following morning before our flight, while also collecting my old one. Their compassion, efficiency, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a moment of real support.

I’ve never experienced customer service like this. Helen and Drew, you are absolute stars. Thank you for everything.

I don't normally leave reviews but Luke was so helpful with my final decision to purchase the scooter, I feel I must.

From my first phone enquiry with the very helpful Luke who arranged an appointment for us to have a no obligation demo at our home we have received great customer service and help. Drew came to our home and brought the scooter and most of the optional accessories. I was able to have a trial ride and was shown how to unfold and fold the scooter. I was so impressed and placed my order there and then. I received my Atto Sport scooter within a few days and was out and about there and then. I have had two strokes and whilst I am able to walk I cannot walk long distances without pain and severe fatigue. The Atto has made such a difference to my life and given me back my independence and freedom. Today we separated the tiller from the chassis and both parts fitted into the boot of our car and off we went to the seaside for a long walk and scoot along the sea front. I can only give a positive review for the company, its employees and the wonderful Atto Sport.

I had an extremely prompt response from the team, from enquiry through to delivery. The demonstration was very well delivered by Drew; always checking that I understood the information in a manner which was very personable. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase, which has enabled me to become more independent and opened up my opportunities to travel both locally and beyond.

Drew, the rep, arrived promptly. He was pleasant, profesional and knolageable. (No hard sell.) We had a preliminary chat and then a demonstration of the scooter. As I wanted two he even made sure they would fit together in my car boot. A test ride up and down the street for my wife and I and we were both sold! Back in doors for a cup of tea and a discussion over price. The scooters will be with us next week!

Fantastic company to deal with

Firstly, the scooter is excellent. Good design, easy to use, foldable, can take it on a plane. It is reliable and comfortable. We took it on trains, aeroplanes, a cruise ship and to hotels, and it was easy to navigate, use and store in all of these situations. The accessories are all well worth the purchase, we have the under seat storage, the back pack and the cane holder.

Maybe even more importantly, the customer service experience was outstanding. Drew, Helen, Graham and their team all went above and beyond to make sure that the scooter was suitable for us, and got it to us quickly and easily, fitting around our tight travel deadlines and health limitations. This outstanding service was provided at every stage of our purchasing, from my initial phone call to Drew, during the demonstration, delivery and after sales enquiries about a part that we broke (through our own misuse, not a faulty part) and about purchasing other accessories.

This scooter is at the pricier end of the scale, but that reflects its functionality, features, ease of use, and the way that the customer support team will move mountains to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied. Thanks, Drew and your team.
