Dealing with Becks and the team from moveyourspa was easy, sent videos requested so the team knew what the access was like at both properties. Mick & Andrei who moved the spa for us knew exactly what they were doing and just got on with the job, absolutely brilliant, would definitely use them again.

Request for information upfront was prompt and thorough, as a result baseline price was very reasonable (pleasantly surprised)
T&C's do contain potential extra costs so worth familiarising yourself with what is/is not included (but it is nothing out of the ordinary). Lead time to move was circa 2 week again which i think is good.
On the day movers Andrei & Callum were good communicators, on time and very good. Andrei is clearly experienced. Tub was transported without issue, access issues receiving end were overcome without fuss.

Had a hot tub delivered this afternoon by Lee and Rich.
Both were fantastic!
Really nice guys, kept us informed throughout the morning regarding time of pick up and drop off.
They made it look really easy, manoeuvring and positioning the hot tub was seamless.
Looking forward to seeing them again for a set up and service.

The guys were on time and rang an hour before they were due to arrive.

From first contact to getting our hot tub moved, the service was excellent. Process was easy to follow and efficient. Move your spa were great from start to finish. Lee & Rich who moved the tub on the day were brilliant, they had a few tight corners and obstacles in their way but they took it all in the stride and got it into place. I would highly recommend them!

The service to relocate our hot tub was very satisfactory on the day. The two men were very careful and professional.
However the quotation was misleading as there was an add on to remove the cover lid of £50 which should have been quoted initially.

Brilliant!
I had a service booked to move my hot tub on house moving day and they dropped out a couple of days before. Made one phone call to Kylie at move your spa and it was all booked in within a matter of minutes. Lee and Rich turned up super early on move day and took the hot tub away, delivered it to the new address and that was that! No fuss, everyone was happy, the whole team were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for making something that had turned into a hassle not a hassle! Highly recommend.
