Big shout out to Bex at Grant Hall re valuation of property.
Bex went above and beyond in changing 2 separate valuation times to be within an hour of each other as opposed to the original 5 hrs which would have caused me a massive headache in travel and other commitments.
Thanks Bex.

Millie has been excellent throughout the process!
Millie D has been excellent throughout the process. Her communication has been consistent, clear, and proactive, and she has handled the engagement with real professionalism from start to finish.
She has kept me updated at each stage, responded promptly, and made the process feel far more straightforward than it otherwise could have been. I particularly appreciated her approachable manner, attention to detail, and willingness to help move things along efficiently.
A very positive experience overall. Thank you, Millie! Your service and professionalism have been genuinely appreciated.
