We have had a really positive experience with "Move With Us". Thomas Bickley, our point of contact from the initial negotiation and acceptance of our offer, to issuing the Sales Memorandum has been great to deal with, his communications very clear in explaining the process and taking us through due diligence all the while facilitating a straightforward and smooth process. ⭐ 1/5 — Appalling Service and Communication
My experience with Move With Us has been absolutely appalling. The communication has been extremely poor, and despite sending multiple emails, many have simply been ignored or left unanswered.
Throughout the process, I have found it incredibly difficult to get clear, knowledgeable answers from the staff I have dealt with, including Leanne and Asha. Instead of receiving straightforward information and reassurance, I have been left constantly chasing for updates and wondering what is actually happening.
What makes the situation even worse is that it isn't just us who have experienced these problems. The estate agents we have been dealing with have also expressed their frustration with Move With Us. They have experienced the same lack of communication, with their emails also being ignored and difficulties getting the information they need.
For a company involved in something as important and stressful as a property transaction, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Customers and estate agents should not have to repeatedly chase emails just to get basic answers or updates.
The whole experience has been unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Move With Us. The lack of communication, responsiveness and knowledgeable support has made an already stressful process considerably worse.

I've recently put my house on the market with move with us and leanne lane has been dealing with all the information I've had to give them.I've found Leanne very helpful and quick at replying to my emails etc .great service also got a house viewing tomorrow which is so quick considering my house only went live on Friday .

Our contact Sam was lovely, it was a very difficult time for us due to a landlord repossession. The tenant was 83 years old and it was sad that she had to leave her home after 20years but move with us handled the situation as sensitively as they could.
Communication was always good and I would recommend this company to others.
