Short Notice Flat Move - Superb Service

My sister and I had to move on very short notice, due to a flood. It was an extremely stressful experience, but Lukas and Rory made it so much easier. They were kind, hardworking, professional and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better service and they helped us move all our furniture and boxes into both storage and our new place.

They did all the heavy lifting and insisted I just relax. They were very careful with all of our stuff, super accommodating to requests to go to multiple places, and were really friendly and chatty throughout the process. I honestly can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them for all my future moves!

Great guys

Incredibly helpful, friendly, considerate and good for a chat over a one day move from storage centre to new home in Edinburgh. Would thoroughly recommend!

Great service all round!

We have used Move+ Improve services several times for moving house and removals. The team are very friendly, reliable and always do a great job. Great service all round!

Great value, great service

I used Move+Improve when I moved flats this year. Great value and great service. They got all my stuff (including 2 large couches and a piano) through several tight spaces and down four flights of stairs with no issues. The guys were cheerful, friendly, efficient and did a flawless job.

Absolute troopers—handled a challenging move with ease!

We spent months planning to move our entire flat ourselves, but as the date crept closer, we realized it was just too much to handle alone. In a bit of a panic, we messaged Move+Improve just a week before our move date—and we are so glad we did!
​They completely stripped the stress out of the day, turning what would have been a grueling all-day ordeal into just a couple of hours. To make matters worse, we were moving large furniture and heavy boxes from a first-floor tenement flat into a third-floor flat with no elevator. There is absolutely no way we would have managed without them; just one trip up those stairs left us completely breathless.
​The team were absolute troopers, putting in massive effort to get everything up the stairs quickly and with a fantastic attitude. I cannot recommend Move+Improve highly enough to anyone who needs a removal team. They will not let you down!
