Moving places is good if you want a quick sale. They found an investor to buy my flat within a short space of time. Also, the investors took on the tenants this made the process of selling the property quickly without giving notice to the tenants. I would say use your own solicitors moving places will suggest you use their solicitors. Unfortunately I found them really slow in responding to queries and giving me updates regarding the progress of the sale, however, we did get there in the end and I’m very happy that I’ve sold the property .

Nina was a great help throughout the process and always quick to respond to any emails or queries.

Purchased a house from moveplaces and found the whole experience a pleasure. The transaction had many problems with a sitting tenant and a huge delay but the staff Laura and Nina were always available and helpful in providing and passing on information to help move along the sale. I would use this company again without hesitation.

They could be better at communication - it is very hard to contact via phone, the number given is rarely answered.

I bought a house in January this year through Move Places. I dealt with Laura at first then Nina towards the end, they are both very professional and courteous at all times and made the process stress free.

I had the wonderful help of Laura when trying to find and purchase my first property. Laura was incredibly helpful and patient (despite my many requests and queries). In instances where Laura had missed my call she would always respond promptly by either calling me back or dropping me a message; she was easy to communicate with and was clear and transparent throughout. Unlike many agents I have had initial conversations with, Laura always made me feel as though she was happy to help and went above and beyond to do so.
