Lauren Taylor is an excellent physiotherapist. She really took the time to get to know me and my issue, my lifestyle and contributing factors. She developed a very personalised program and I began feeling better immediately. I highly recommend her!

Chris was really attentive to the issue I was facing and patiently assisted me to my way to recovery.

Movement perfected is more than just physical therapy, they go deeper with their support and bring an incredible calmness and ease to every session, their encouragement is one of many highlights. Could not have got to this place physically without their direction, professionalism and up to date equipment. Their studios offer a bright clean space to allow the body and mind to flow naturally to a healthy place.

Chris is hugely knowledgeable and has a great range of equipment to help his clients increase their strength and flexibility. He has enabled me to continue playing golf and cricket and increased my core strength significantly. He is pretty tough but very calm and a joy to work with.

I’ve used Peter for a couple of different injuries and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I was referred to him by my sports med doc and I can absolutely see why.

I have been seeing Elinor to help treat very painful foot issues which was preventing me from walking. After a couple of sessions I have much better movement and a lot less pain.

I’ve seen Elinor and Chris at Movement Perfected on and off for several years for various back and hip related issues.
The latest issue was lower back - I could barely walk when I went to see Elinor. But with the help of her exercise programme I got back on my feet in couple of weeks.

The first practitioner I saw was Peter, who managed to resolve my shoulder and arm problem very quickly. Peter also resolved my back after I managed to damage it further by sneezing!

Lauren has been providing me with a prevention plan that will strengthen my back and core area and should help to prevent any reoccurrence. The plan is simple to use, challenging and is showing great results. I am now pain free and just getting my fitness levels back again.

Both Peter and Lauren have been great, the after care is the best I have ever had from any physio practice and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I was under the care of Movement Perfected staff on two occasion over the last 12 months, for 2 separate issue (once with Megan, once with Elinor)... and I was positively impressed by my speedy recovery (we did less sessions than planned), the very educational explanations to help me understand the root cause of my problems, and the adapted plans & physio on site.

The practice is Marylebone is clear, clean and the equipment modern and well maintained. I can only recommend.

I saw Lauren after breaking my collar bone and was greatly impressed by her knowledge and expertise. Her thorough investigation revealed issues that had not been picked up by the NHS and her practical direction on rehab is getting me back exercising and rapidly recovering. Chris was a great help when I was having issues with my knee which held me up from my running regime. Chris set me right and I was back out running in a couple of months.

I've worked with Chris for ~2-3 months now after referral from a sports medicine consultant. I've found his advice practical and adaptive to my situation, and he goes a level beyond other physiotherapists I've worked with in identifying all factors that can help me reach my goals. In addition, all the logistics and customer service is smooth (e.g. booking or rearranging appointments online, sharing videos of exercises afterwards, communicating in between appointments).

Absolutely excellent physios who are experienced and highly competitive athletes themselves. They bring a comprehensive view to getting their patients sound and are brilliantly contactable, engaging, receptive and responsive. I have had great results from their physio sessions, acupuncture sessions, hands-on manipulation, and have also derived great benefit from the small strength classes they run. You won’t find better physios in London!
