Excellent, exceptional service from Move Home Faster. I cannot praise this service highly enough. Not only do they react and respond quickly (which is unheard of when dealing with solicitors) but they are very thorough in everything they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I feel that I have been in safe hands all throughout the process.
I have used them for a buy to let, new mortgage and a remortgage and at every step, the service has been 5plus stars.

As first time buyers not using an estate agent we were abit lost... Louise was absolutely amazing start to finish! Never had to chase for updates no question was too silly. Shout out to Jane aswell who kept us up to date on the sales progression. I will defo use them again made it stress free:)

Without a doubt the best solicitor we’ve ever used. Didn’t have to chase Liz/Louise once, there were updates provided daily/ whenever there was news. Really easy to contact if required. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Great value for money. Could not recommend them enough.

Not what I was expecting
Without being too harsh, I think yous need to let customers know that your mainly there to get the searches set up at the beginning of the process. I was told it was all done online, I can upload my documents and send them over to the solicitors online and keep track of it all which wasn’t the case. My case status wasn’t changing online even though I was hitting milestones with the solicitors. About 2 weeks after completion was it then marked as complete. Can’t fault jacqui she was a lovely helpful lady!
