We found Move Central based on their reviews and I cannot say enough to express our appreciation for this company and their employees.
We hired them to move my elderly mom. Scheduled move was 6am. They phoned the day before to confirm and arrived right on time.
First, they were genuinely nice guys. Second, they treated my mom’s furniture like it was their own and throughout the move they did those little unexpected extras that weren’t part of their job.
They were fast, efficient, trustworthy, helpful and friendly. Not traits we found in most movers we spoke to.
The cost was true value and very close to their estimate. No surprises. No add one. No excuses. No hassle.
It was just such a great experience during what can be an otherwise stressful process.

This company made my long distance move from San Diego to Sacramento extremely stress free. Erik helped coordinate the quotes and payment from beginning to end, and even checked in the day of the move to make sure it was going smoothly. Omar and Mario called me the night before to confirm the move time and showed up on time the next day.
They moved quickly, took great care of our furniture and even helped pack a few last minute odds and ends that I didn’t have boxes for. They showed up early on our move in day with an extra guy to help unload the truck into our new place and took the time to assemble furniture and place the boxes exactly where I needed them. I cannot thank them enough for their help, and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

I’m really, really late in writing this review, but I figure better late than never...
I used Move Central in August. This was my second time using a moving company. I’m so glad I chose these guys! Everyone was awesome! The guy who set my appointment and gave me the rate quote was friendly and was able to give me an accurate quote.
When the movers showed up at my house, they were great too. Who knew I could have a fun moving?! They were very personable and efficient. I couldn’t believe at how quickly they had my old house emptied and new house unloaded. The quote I was given was 100% accurate. No surprise charges or fees. They made the move a positive experience.

I was very, very impressed by the Move Central three man moving crew, they were a dream come true, exceptional people. They were on time, very polite and professional. They really, really hustled every step of the way, literally jogging to get to the next piece. They worked very hard from the time they arrived on site until they departed the drop off location. They also seemed to be having fun, laughing and joking with each other while never missing a beat, they had very good chemistry. I am recently retired and a former manager and if I would have had any business cards I would have been passing them out, recruiting all three of them for my former agency, their work ethic was that impressive to me. I would highly recommend this company for any move you may be considering, they have outstanding personnel and the service the provide is exceptional.

I don’t have the vocabulary to give these guys high enough praise , but I’ll be effusive with it though.
I had a 7am start time, they arrived at 6:45. Good start. Good impression.
Let me tell you. They worked hard and they worked fast. My place is a difficult move. It’s a tri-level, ultra contemporary property and so it has a lot of sharp angle and a very narrow stairway. And the bedroom and office are on the third floor, so all types of heavy furniture was up there.
From beginning to end, the service was prompt and professional. The level of expertise was the best I have ever experienced. They totally took the stress off of moving. We’re very thankful for their help and will be using them again.

Our experience with Move Central was amazing. From first call to completion, we were very impressed with the service, care and follow up. Arnold initiated first response when I called and we arranged for a convenient start time of 6am! Yes, we wanted to start that early. We were called in advance to confirm our date and time. Anthony, Damir and Jamel were actually early, and very well prepared with appropriate paperwork, and plenty of pads, carts, tie downs, etc.. We did a quick walk through of our rooms to give a few details, and then they went to work. And work they did. Everything was carefully loaded, not a thing was damaged or even scratched, and the entire time they were professional, and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and would very definitely use them again, in the need arose.

Needed help moving a few larger items and this company was great at helping me. I was able to schedule the move quickly and affordably. Excellent customer service and a great attitude. Everything from the booking process to on time service was great.

The movers were awesome.
My move from San Diego to Irvine could not have gone more smoothly. Enos, Hermo and Brandon arrived exactly on time, everyone was courteous and conscientious, and they completed my move in 5.5 hours.
From start to finish working with this company was amazing. I picked them because they were highly rated. The reviews were true; from the office staff to the driver and his helpers the experience was excellent. There were no hidden costs either.

Long or short distance,you will not regret using Move Central.
Second time using this company in 2 years. Moved back from Sacramento,CA to Phoenix. When I called to schedule, it was nice to know that the same staff was still present. Erik was excellent to deal with again in getting our move setup quickly, considering we did it with 10 days notice. When the movers arrived to our place in Sacramento, I was really happy to see one of our previous packers and mover Mario was there to assist and oversee the pack and load. He brought with him Isaac who was also a really good guy. They both really hustled and got us packing and loaded in 1 day. Mario and team made sure everything was just right. Currently our staff is in their storage for a few months until we move into our place. Will be looking forward to have Mario and Isaac back to do the final move.
Over the years we have moved a lot, and have used many companies. Absolutely, these movers are the best!

This is the second time we have used Move Central for a move. The guys are professional and hardworking. They showed up in time and ready to get busy. Enos, Damir and Hermo were such a great crew. They put my mother-in-law at ease with her fears and concerns about her piano. We had so many large pieces of furniture and a lot of boxes. We ended up having too much stuff for their large truck ( because things could not be stacked on top of many of the delicate items). The best part about them is how hard they work to make sure everything is done well. I would this company again and recommend them to anymore who wants an easy worry free move knowing your possessions are safe.

We were moving for the first time in 30 years. It was overwhelming. A friend recommended Move Central. From my first interaction, I knew we picked the right team. Erik answered all our questions and offered to have an estimator come out to assess our needs. He was efficient and reassuring and we felt comfortable with his quote.
The moving team arrived on time and were professional and efficient. They took time to ask questions, ensure they were aware of any items needing special attention. The movers were really great. They protected everything, filled the truck efficiently and set everything up as needed.
We were delighted! They really know what they are doing and ensure that both the old and new house were protected.

In August, we scheduled a four-man crew for a five- street move ( that included a huge and heavy glass top table). They packed the truck like we were moving across country, being sure that everything was well padded and secure. They disassembled and reassembled our beds, and put packed boxes in the correct rooms in our new place. They were friendly, efficient and cheerful throughout the day. The estimate was accurate and the cost worth every penny. I moved many times, but this is the first time I can unreservedly state that I would hired this company again. Very, very happy with the job they did.

These guys rocked our move! We moved this last weekend, and they made it so much easier. Getting scheduled was easy, and the confirmations were nice.
Moving day started off funny, as they called at 7am and asked if they could start early... which turned out perfectly. They showed up around 8am, and busted the whole project out by around 1pm.
They operate with a very high level of care. They genuinely care about your belongings and do everything within their power to protect them during your home. They were friendly, polite, efficient and professional.

If we could give this company 6 stars, we would. Seriously. They are that good. From our first conversation and quote from Erik all the way to the conclusion of the move, things ran efficiently and impeccable. Everything he said would happen... did!
I had a great experience with Move Central. We used their packing and moving service and were very happy with the quality and speed the workers did their tasks.
I requested a quote online and Erik help me understand the whole process and what each charge related to.
Moving is generally not fun but the crew really reduced our stress by being prompt and professional while dealing with moving across the valley into a condo.
I hope to not move for some time but when that time comes my only call will be to this company. Thanks!

David, Mark and Ryan were great!
They came recommended by a friend and they delivered. Very quick responding to my estimate request, rapid and friendly phone call confirmation of final details, arrived 10 minutes early, had my fairly small apartment out in under an hour, and accommodated all the issues.
Couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. So nice, so fast, so efficient. Instantly calmed me - took less than an hour to move out of my house. Truly amazing.

Except for the amazing hardworking people who loaded and unloaded my belongings, every part of the move was a disappointment. After having the moving schedule finalized (9 hr distance between places), it was suddenly changed one day prior which caused my driving buddies to rebook plane tickets back. I was promised the hourly rate will be slightly reduced for the inconvenience but the bill showed different. The truck used solely for my belongings was planned to be used with another client according to the driver which I didn't have knowledge prior until one them crew told me. Had to talk to admin on the phone to clarify and be assured that it won't happen because IT WAS THE DEAL, I rented the whole truck. THEY DO DOUBLE /MULTIPLE JOBS then, possible mix up of things is possible, details later. The truck was parked back to the main office for the duration of the move day when everything was done 1230 pm that day said the driver who contacted me the next day. When he called that time he didn't know they were already driving to my destination thinking they still have to get my belongings. Internal COMMUNICATION in this company is MESSED UP. Crew arrived in the EVENING of the next day, said there was a "delay" in the drive because the truck "broke down" and had to transfer my belongings AGAIN to another truck( THIS CAUSED THE MIX UP). The company clearly DOESN'T MAINTAIN and make sure their vehicles are optimal before doing jobs. Belongings were brought in the new apartment, THEY BROKE the top leaf growth of my medium fiddle leaf tree which I carefully wrapped personally with all the FRAGILE PLANT warnings written all over it. It's a plant for Christ sake why was it so carelessly stored!?? I was devastated. Because of the multiple transfer of my things between trucks, they have LOST the legs of my dining table. (There it is!) The table is now UNUSABLE. Inspite all of this I still tipped crew members the best I can. The company said they were the best and the most professional. Based on my experience, I think THEY ARE NOT. Choose your movers well, maybe not this one.

This guys are fantastic. Their jovial nature, impressive strength, efficiency, professionalism and flexibility make your move a good day.

I called in for a quote-and left a message. Alexander called me right back and after a quick discussion I said, “I’ll think about it.” Right after hang up he sent me an email noting what we discussed and welcoming me to call back. After a few phone calls to a few other none-responsive moving companies - I realized Move Central is gold.
Indeed, a confirmation email was sent. They called me the day before confirming my time. Called me the morning day informing me of their current activity and expected arrival time. And then of course called me right when they arrived at both my old place - and new place. They made the trip between quicker than I did, no dilly - dallying here.
What’s most impressive is that they had completed a move the night before mine that lasted until 12:30 am, as well as a move that morning of my own. Despite such a marathon, they remained cheerful and energetic. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I've moved multiple times over the years and this by far was the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again.
