Again Roger and the team have knocked it out of the park, identifying a failing Hex EZcan (purchased elsewhere) with online support also from Hex a refund was agreed. Purchased the replacement from Motowales whilst the warranty process happens so I'm not without the bike (original company will refund when received from Hex). Ordered on the Thursday received today (Friday) at 11.47.

Slow to send things and impossible to get in touch with them, they never answer the phone and you leave messages and no one gets back….. don’t bother with them.

I'm shocked to hear about your experience, and this is the first time we have become aware of it. I have reviewed our communication channels (website, emails, and social media) and could not find any correspondence from you, apart from your original order.
I want to confirm that your order was dispatched according to our terms and conditions, and I believe it reached you within 72 hours of when you placed it.
While we are not perfect and we may not be as large as some others, I believe we are improving thanks to your continued support and feedback.

Informative and well structured
Excellent, enjoyable, rewarding few hours riding some familiar and new roads. Feedback was thought provoking with ample opportunity to put new techniques into practice.
Roger inspires confidence and has a way of making the customer feel important and that he/she can offer constructive input.
All in all I learnt and practiced a method that will improve my real-world riding.

Great day spent with a knowledgeable instructor. Learned a lot in both the classroom and out on the road and all part of the Ceredigion safe rider scheme. Thanks again Roger.

Meep, meep to sound bomb
Roger fitted a Denali horn to my Forza 750 as existing horn was feeble
He did in in a very professional manner and put all the bits back together

Top Tutor for enhanced riding
Took the opportunity to take an Enhanced Rider course with Roger, a must for any rider wanting to improve their riding skills and road safety. Roger provided excellent feedback and explanation of the system of motorcycle control. Would totally recommend this or even more advanced riding that Roger provides. Many thanks
