I acquired a Mercedes Benz Glc from Motor trust which was quite an experience! The showroom was tidy, contemporary and inviting. The sales staff seemed very welcoming and professional, providing all the information needed at right time without compelling one to make a decision. I also didn't have any issues with financing as well. I am absolutely happy and I bet each person who walks into Motor trust will feel the same.

When i went there i was trying to find the car I wanted to get online, but they never had it in stock. One man whose name I didn't get gave me a discount on an alternative Nissan X-trail, customer service was 10/10. I went to the showroom excited after reading the reviews here and I must say, the treatment was excellent. Very friendly staff, they carefully answer any questions you have. I definitely wish all places had staff like here. It's a brilliant company to buy vehicles from. All members of staff were extremely helpful and Always on hand to explain things at each stage of the process. Very happy with my car and I will definitely come back and purchase more vehicles here.

The worst car buying experience of my life.
I wanted a nice cheap runabout, cost circa £2000.00 and in August 2024 spotted a blue Nissan for sale. I contacted the sales team and was told that it was still available and on site. At that I went (round trip 30 miles) to see it then all being well buy it. Arriving at the on site office and after some deliberation amongst the sales team I was told that the vehicle was "out on loan and being used as a courtesy car". We arranged that they would get the car back within a few days and telephone me. After a few days and no telephone call I telephoned again only to be told, by Ben that the car was still out on loan. I explained that I needed a car within the next few days and would appreciate a call back. He told me that he was off the next day but would get Morgan to telephone me. A few more days went by but still no telephone call. I telephoned yet again and was told that someone had reserved the car. I assumed it was me - no it was not it was someone else. I couldn't believe it after all the telephone calls and effort that no one had been in touch, even to advise me that someone else was interested and if I wanted the car to reserve it.
Abysmal service. When I am ready for my next main vehicle, probably a 2 year old Land Rover Discovery, to replace the one that I currently have, guess where I will NOT be going !?
