I have to say I was treated very well…
I have to say I was treated very well from start to to finish the car was just what I was looking for, and the customer service received from Chris was first class, and I would highly recommend to friends and family witch I already have done,the only thing I'm a little bit disappointed in is that the front bumper had a lot of bad paint work that I didn't see. And they won't have anything to do with repering it, as I was promised. But other than that it's a lovely car and a great choice

Nothing is too much trouble
Excellent customer service..no high pressure sales …everything is explained in plain English…went for a test drive and explained that I live in on an incline so the route was country lanes/uneven roads and hills..nothing was too much trouble..
Car buying is quite stressful at times but Kork(salesman) made it all so simple..
Will return in the future..👍

Problems after problems...but now fixed!
Update 8/12/24: After my review below, we were contacted by Motortrust to clarify the issues raised and see what they could do to help. They reimbursed my parents for the exhaust and arranged for a service as I requested for all the things that weren't up to scratch to be fixed. I really appreciate the way they have taken my feedback on board and have now updated my experience to a four star instead of one.

Since my parents bought their Nissan Juke from MotorTrust UK Preston, they have had issues literally from day one! After one night, my dad found that the tyre was totally flat. This is the last thing you would expect after purchasing a car from a showroom which you would assume has made all the relevant checks and inspections on the car. We had to arrange for the tyre change and pay for it ourselves first which was not pleasant experience for my elderly parents who spoke minimal English. In parallel, the engine oil sensor warning started to flash and luckily a Halfords employee advised my parents that the sensor needed to be changed. Another hassle which was not expected after buying from a showroom which says that you 'drive away with a peace of mind' with full AA inspection and certification. I really do not understand how this car that was sold to us would have past if they do actually follow these inspections which they claim.
Finally, to top this off, (we have had the Juke for less than two months), the exhaust falls off and we were advised that it needed to be replaced....we were less than happy to deal with yet another problem with the car which apparently passed on these inspections with MotorTrust UK Preston...We thought, ok fair enough, maybe it's just bad luck, good job that it is still under the 3month warranty that they offer. We ring them and told them what happened and they asked us to contact the warranty supplier who we then rang and advised us that our car wasn't even registered under any warranty from MotorTrust UK Preston. After a lot of to and fro, we then got advised by warranty supplier that we should go to a garage that would accept payment via warranty ie the garage had to claim back from them. We asked 6 garages including a chain one such as Halfords which all refused this way of claiming payment for their services. Simply no one would fix/replace the cars exhaust without payment. As my elderly parents were in Birmingham visiting their new nephew, my brother in law who jus had their first born son had to go with him to a local garage and pay themselves (extra £200 expense!) to sort it out so my dad could drive back home to Blackpool.
Now, I don't know whether my parents have the worst luck in history or whether MotorTrust UK Preston are not what they say they are. With a 4.8 rating on Google review, I was expecting a higher level of service than what was received. When management read this review, I hope you will consider compensating my parents for the exhaust that they have had to pay for plus a complimentary full service to make sure that no other faults occur.

Buying a car is a very stressful experience. At Motor Trust, there are no pressure sale tactics and all staff including non sales staff are very happy to help. The sales staff are very informative and professional. This is my second vehicle with them and I would definitely use them again

I was looking for a small secondhand car to share with my daughter and I was dealt with like i was buying the most expensive car on the forecourt. I felt safe and cared for and the car is immaculate , fully serviced and MOT. Andy customer service was outstanding. Very grateful, will definitely return to Motor trust Garstang.

Rubbish customer service
Rubbish customer service. Wanted to buy a car from them but they didn’t bother getting back to me. Tried phone, email, WhatsApp (twice) and their website enquiry form (3 times) but nothing back from them. Strange way to deal with people wanting to buy a car! Went to a more reliable and customer focused dealership instead as Motor Trust clearly didn’t want my business!
