Change in customer service after making payment
My initial correspondence with Sian was very positive with her being extremely helpful and even informed me when a better deal had become available compared to my original enquiry. However, since paying the broker fee, the experience has gone downhill. Having arranged for delivery of the vehicle for 15/12/2025, I was informed 24 hours beforehand that the delivery would no longer happen but it was too short notice to cancel my current vehicle being picked up. This left me without a vehicle until a temporary replacement was arranged 4 days later. It’s now 02/01/2026 and I have only been provided with sporadic updates about the new vehicle requiring a software update and no new delivery date arranged.

Thank you for taking the time to update your review, and for your kind comments about Sian – I did pass these onto her.
I’m really sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused following your initial delivery date. Unfortunately, the vehicle was subject to a last-minute manufacturer software issue, which led to the delivery being cancelled at very short notice. I completely appreciate how disruptive this was, particularly with your existing vehicle already arranged for collection.
While we pushed both the dealer and Audi for a manufacturer-supplied courtesy vehicle, this wasn’t authorised in time. To minimise the impact, the dealer arranged a temporary replacement vehicle which was delivered to you a few days later.
The new vehicle has since required further work relating to the software update, and while progress over the Christmas period has been slower than any of us would have liked, we have continued to chase the dealer for updates and next steps.
I fully understand how disappointing this experience has been after such a positive start, and I’m sorry it hasn’t felt as smooth or communicative as it should. We remain in regular contact with the dealer and will continue to push for a confirmed resolution and delivery date as quickly as possible.
Thank you again for your feedback – it’s genuinely appreciated and helps us improve the service we provide.

Very happy with the service I received…
Very happy with the service I received from Motorlet. I dealt with Max Stubbings, and from initial contact to the end of the process was smooth and his approach was far better than some of the other companies I dealt with. Although I actually opted for a car from a different supplier, purely because the stock car they had on offer was a slightly better spec and closer to what we originally wanted. I will be coming back to Max and motorlet in the new year when we need another car.
