The worst after sales experience …
I paid a deposit for a motorhome on the 14th of December 2025 expecting to collect it the week after I insured it ready for its collection . I was told the vehicle would be delayed and repairs would take a little bit longer, what I didn't expect was it took them until the 17th of January until I finally got the chance to collect it . On the way home the problems started the glow plug light kept going on and off whilst driving and after parking it up overnight it wouldn't cold start the next morning then whilst familiarising my self with the motorhome I found the internal charging system wasn't working properly, the exhaust that should have been replaced had not been done the head lights were brown inside and the tyres fitted the load rating was incorrect. Although motorhome depot did collect the vehicle to put its problems right it came back to me with glow plugs broken off in the cylinder heads , no tyre change infact the only thing they fixed was the lights that I supplied and the exhaust mended leaving me with a massive repair bill to put the rest of the faults right . I sent a list of the repairs with an estimated list of the repairs and was offered 1/3 of the cost of repairing it.all of this dragged out by motorhome depot until the 10th of March
