Will do nothing to correct their shipping errors. They act like it is your fault. I had to send them a picture of the item and the box. They sent the wrong helmet. They would not ship the correct one until I sent them back the wrong one. But I could not send them the wrong one until they sent me a return authorization. Which they did not do. Still waiting for the correct helmet.

I got sent the Ironborn jacket by Viking Cycle to test out and review. Jacket arrived quick and is great. A lot of features for the money. A really great value and their customer service has been very pleasant to communicate with thus far. Joseph has made sure to always follow up with any of my questions or comments.

Not sure about the low stars and why they are there. My experience was fantastic. I dealt with Joseph and he helped me from beginning to end. Everything from picking the right vest all the way until I had ridden in it a few times.

Can't be trusted. They will steal your money. I returned a pair of gloves that did not fit. I just tried them on, then returned them. Even though their website said that this item would not be subject to a restocking fee, they charged me a restocking fee anyway. $30.00. When I pointed this out to them, they simply lied and would not refund the restocking fee. Again, don't trust this company.

Woeful. Ordered a bag, got a notification saying it had been shipped. A week later, hadn't arrived. Contacted them and was old it was out of stock and would be in stock in another few days. Lied about having stock, lied about having shipped it. Won't ever deal with this company again

Ordered and payed for a set of saddle bags from motorcycle house UK on august 12 and they still have not shipped one month later. I have tried reaching motorcycle house UK on several occasions by both e-mail and phone but no response. I finally got an answer from Chris at, so far as I can tell, the US branch after which the order status changed from "awaiting fulfillment" to "awaiting shipment". This was two weeks ago and the bags still have not shipped...

They sold me the wrong size bags for my bike. Then when I exchanged them, they didn't bother to send them. Now I can't even contact them, either in Australia or in the USA. Service! they don't know the meaning of the word. The won't answer telephone calls, on-line chat requests, or emails. I am wondering if the company has been liquidated.

Since I've purchased vikings bags to uk website (around 500 GBP), no news.
I sent them 4 mails to get a bill for my insurance, no answer (no bill in the postal pack).
After 6 month one bag cover blister, I send again some mails without any answer...
furthermore vkings bags are sent from pakistan, I'm not confident with the quality...
