Well where do i start
Well where do i start , i bought a harley had nothing but a great experience, so i advised my son to buy one from then , thats where it went horribly wrong , part exd his pristine bike they paid pennies for and sold it 2 days later for £1800 profit. So the new bike was supposed to be valeted which it wasnt , fork seals wernt done when they needed them , also touch up some of rust up which wasnt done , my son rang up they said they would address the issues , so they picked it up , we did ask about swapping the handle bars over where they were so rusty , the workshop agreed and we even supplied the bars , then the So called works manager Ben got involved saying they wouldnt do them and we were trying to have them over by doing the bars got called scammers and that was the end of after a very heated discussion, said i would return the bike and have old one back they laughed and said its had a deposit taken on it, they said they would drop new bike off free of charge mmmm a bit suspicious.
Then it wouldnt start 2 days later so they sent a battery and still no joy, called 3 times and still now awaiting a reply Ben wont ring me back! Said they would pick it up only 18 miles away wanted to charge me £100!! Dont think so!! So decided to get RAC out and there was a massive issue with the wireing loom and sparking under the seat which i told them and the reply was “oh, what do you want us to do”. Rang Ben 3 times as he was taking charge and no one was to speak to me, shock never got a call back! Only had the bike 6 weeks and have done 20 miles then it all went down hill, had no choice to take to another garage and what they found was crazy! Live wires under the seat arching the bike out, starter wasnt screwed on properly, patch work wiring and all fixed at my cost of £456.39! No way the bike had a 52 point check so hopefully the so called work manager Ben will see this and more than welcome to ring me and discuss your mess!! So all of that being said buyers STAY AWAY!! Everyone now i speak too say stay away they sell awful bikes at a premium and then leave you in the dark! They don’t honour their warranty so its pointless! Be very very warned stay clear!!!!!!!

We are always disappointed to receive a review like this, especially as we take pride in both our customer service and our warranty commitments.
We’d like to clarify the situation for transparency.
When your son contacted us regarding issues with the bike, we agreed to take it in for assessment under warranty without first seeing it. However, when the bike arrived, it had already been taken apart and had non-standard, low-quality parts sourced from eBay installed incorrectly. In one example, there was literally a spanner wedged onto a mirror that could not be removed by hand.
In such circumstances, no dealership can reasonably carry out warranty work. Warranty covers faults in the bike as sold, not issues caused by someone else working on it and fitting parts badly. The work required was to rectify problems caused after the sale, not to repair a legitimate defect.
In addition, some of the work requested (such as fitting custom handlebars) falls under retail customisation work and is not covered by any warranty. We made that clear at the time.
For context, we always honour genuine warranty claims — and we have done so for many years. Our workshop processes include thorough inspections and a full pre-delivery check on every retail-prepared bike we sell. However, in this case, by the time the bike reached us it was no longer in the same condition we supplied it in. The faults identified by the other garage were the direct result of post-sale alterations.
We appreciate that this outcome is frustrating, but it’s important for both you and anyone reading this to understand that warranties are there to protect customers against pre-existing faults, not to cover unrelated work or issues caused by third-party repairs.

One very unhappy customer
My experience i px a lovely harley-davidson springer softail 1991 thay told me the best thay could do was £7,000 thay are now selling it for £9,750 not very fair the bike I bought had to go back because it didn't look like it did in the pictures or video so I had to get a bike off the and pay more money for that all in all very very disappointed with them ok we will agree to disagree hopefully my documents for my gasgas sm700 will arrive soon and my road tax reimbursement will come soon will update when I reserve both kind regards, Kevin.

We’re disappointed to read your review, as it doesn’t reflect what actually happened.
When you brought in your 1991 Harley-Davidson Springer Softail, you were very happy with the deal at the time. Many dealers wouldn’t take in a motorcycle of that age at all, but we agreed to because we wanted to make the transaction work for you. The part-exchange value offered was a fair trade figure for a 34-year-old bike. Trade values are always lower than retail prices because they must account for preparation, marketing, VAT, warranty, and the business overheads involved in selling it on. This is standard practice across the entire motor trade.
As for the first bike you purchased from us, when you decided it wasn’t quite what you wanted, we acted in good faith and worked with you to find another motorcycle of your choice. Something we weren’t obliged to do, but did anyway to ensure you left satisfied. You were pleased with this outcome at the time.
We believe we acted fairly, professionally, and went further than many dealers would in similar circumstances. It’s therefore disappointing to see this review, which we feel is both unfair and inaccurate.

I recently purchased a bike from Motorbikes4All and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The video on the website was really well done and gave a great preview of the bike—but seeing it in person, it looked even better!
I spoke with Robbo during the process, who was friendly, informative, and helpful throughout. When it came to delivery, Oliver was brilliant—he kept me updated with clear communication so I could plan to be home, and he took the time to walk me through how to use the locks and suggested the best place to store the bike safely. Top company,definitely recommend them
Awesome company to deal with from the salesman Leo to the delivery driver David,couldn’t fault the service they provided. I was kept well informed throughout and my bike was delivered quicker than they predicted,even then they asked me if this was ok. The bike was fully serviced given a 12 month mot and a full valet. 100% pleased. If you’re looking for a motorbike these guys are definitely worth a look.

Bike wasn’t what it seemed to be.
Sales team were good and helpful but the bike was not what it seemed from the video. Bolts were missing, baffles pulled out of exhaust and suspension faulty. Wouldn’t buy from them again.

We’re disappointed to read this review, as no issues have been raised with us since you received the bike. If there is a genuine problem, the correct process is to contact our workshop so we can inspect it and see if it can be repaired under your warranty.
It’s worth noting that when we delivered the bike, you snapped the key off in the ignition barrel due to mishandling on your end. We had this repaired and the bike redelivered at no extra charge to you — even though the damage was not our responsibility.
We’re pleased you found the sales team helpful, but if you want us to resolve any concerns about the bike, we need you to get in touch with the workshop so we can assist.

The way to go
I had been looking for a motorcycle for a while and had tried a few companies. I found Motorbikes 4 all online and eventhough they are over 80 miles from me, I went to see. Their bikes are in fantastic condition and the atmosphere in the shop is superb. Makes you feel welcome. All the sale agents are very nice and helpful. Robbo helped me and nothing was to much trouble. I found, withh his help, exactly what I wanted. They delivered the bike to me and everything was spot on. I wanted for nothing. The bike was very clean and well checked over. I would highly recommend Motorbikes 4 all to anyone and everyone.

A superb friendly professional service
From the very first phone call Robbo was absolutely brilliant, no pressure sales carry on. Took his time to go through several bikes he had and was very patient with my questions regarding the bike I needed due to my disability. After choosing the right bike he offered me extended warranty at a superb discounted price. Overall Robbo and the team provides an excellent professional and friendly service and I can't recommend them highly enough.

BMW R1200GS (TE).
Just purchased a bike off these guys, was an online purchase as I don’t live local.
I dealt with Doug initially and received a very good service, a very honest review of the condition of the bike and how it would be prepared before delivery to me.
On the day of delivery I was kept up to date regarding delivery times via Scott and it was delivered by a great guy called Dawid,
