Die Produkte sind im Prinzip gut. Man sollte nur über deutsche Anbieter bestellen, da die Firma selbst in Wales einen unglaublich schlechten und unprofessionellen Service hat. Ich hatte damals in der Bestellung ein Teil, welches ich zurücksenden wollte und bekam über 3 Mails und dem eigenständigen zurücksenden an die, auf der Seite angegebene Adresse, weder eine eine Antwort, noch eine Rückzahlung über die 140Pfund. Letztlich war es nur möglich über Paypal das ganze abzuwickeln und hatte dann das "Glück" 127Pfund zurückzubekommen. Nachdem ich bereits 16€ für den Rückversand zahlen durfte. Sollte sich ehrlicherweise eine Aufsichtsbehörde mal angucken. Sehr unverschämt....

After 2 weeks of silence I tried to reach out and ask about the refund status.
No replys on multiple mails and texts on their Instagram. In the end (1,5 months later) a friend called them from inside the UK and sorted it out for me.
First and last order.

Motone are supplying quality parts that elevate your bike to a higher level. I recently purchased an item that was faulty and called them direct. A replacement part was sent next day with a return label for the faulty item. Can't complain one bit. keep up the good work Motone

Very desolate custom service
Vor einigen Wochen habe ich diverse Teile bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte zwar prompt, leider wurden die Teile (obwohl korrekt bestellt) in einer falschen Farbe geliefert. Ich habe Motone Customs mehrere E-Mails und eine Direktnachricht auf der eigenen Homepage geschrieben. Leider fühlt sich dort niemand angesprochen und verantwortlich für die Betreuung der Kunden in solchen Situationen. Sehr schade. Weitere Bestellungen wird es sicherlich nicht geben.

I have a highly customised Triumph Bobber. 20K AUD spent having it modded in a reputable custom shop.
Just needed to finish it off with some nice accents. Replace some of the factory Triumph parts with custom alternatives that elevate the look.
I’ve added 8 pieces from Motone. The quality of the finish and the design elements is exceptional. A huge improvement over the stock parts. My bike now looks totally unique and better than ever now it’s finished. I get comments every time I’m out on it.

The quality of the kit is great. Transformed my T100. But as others have said customer service is poor. I had an item sent first class Royal Mail that hadn’t arrived. Contacted Motone and actually had a reply from Sam! He suggested waiting which I did. Nothing arrived. I went to the sorting office, gave my tracking number and they said… no idea where it is? Contact the sender. So I did 3 emails and no response? Come on Sam! Eventually a pal of mine in the PO sorted it. Got the item. Very happy with the product but guys sort out your customer service! Probably won’t use you again which is a shame because your gear is excellent.

I have been building bikes for a long while now and I have never had such pleasure dealing with a company like Motone, absolutely faultless, super fast delivery, such helpful service and advice. The products are build so well too, never had a product that didn’t meet my expectations. Would recommend motone to anyone out there!! A***** company! Steve
Good quality parts with prompt…
Good quality parts with prompt delivery. I’ve had several items for my Triumph T120 in the last 2 years from Motone and all have been well made. Their products are highly recommended by online bloggers that I trust. However, I can only give 4 stars as I have had to use online videos for fitting advice as instructions have either been scant or non existent. Good example of this is the rear caliper repositioning bracket that came without any instructions, that I have had to spend hours and hours and hours researching in order to find the correct way to fit. Once I had the info, it was straightforward. This was the first time I’ve had to contact Motone customer services and like others I have not received a response. Fortunately I found an old thread that had the answers I needed. If you but their products make sure you know how to fit them, to avoid frustration and disappointment. It may be that they have become victims of their own success and can’t keep up with the online comms.
Ordered a tail tidy for my Triumph
Ordered a tail tidy for my Triumph. Turned out the cables were not compatible with the electrics on my bike and I have written several emails to get help from Motone with no answer whatsoever. I had to pay an extra almost 60 gbp for the delivery which was not part of the deal in the first place. Before I paid this amount I asked Motone if someone tried to trick me but within only an hour got the answer "Please pay it let me know exactly and I'll refund it." So I paid but have not received a refund. Now I would like to send back the tail tidy but am afraid I will not get my money back due to the utter lack of customer service Motone has displayed.

Always excellent, prompt and courteous service from a business which provides accessories for motorcycles. The products are always of a very high quality and are a perfect replacement in terms of style and fit for OEM parts and accessories, especially the brass replacement items. I have used MOTONE.CO.UK for many purchases over the past 2 years. Highly recommended.

As with the other reviews this company seems not to want to be contacted. Had a problem with an item, sent message via their website, no response, made numerous phone calls, always answer machine saying call back later, not even an option to leave a message. Will not be dealing with this company again
