No shipping when you paid for it
Make order 15 days ago, paid £23 for shipping when it says 2-5 working days, since then no update or shipping.
Sent email about updates, but no answer at all.
Don’t know how long need to wait for update or delivery. Worst service ever.

The picture is beautiful no complaints. I wish they had a black duck option also though. I received my order well packed with no damage. The shipping box was damaged but the picture itself wasn’t. I am very happy with my art and will be shopping with motivinci in the near future! Thank you

Délai… Arnaque ?…
J’ai commandé chez Motivinci une toile il y a une vingtaine de jours, je n’ai plus eu de nouvelles depuis l’envoi, j’ai contacté Motivinci plusieurs fois et aucunes réponses… Je pense que Motivinci est une arnaque.
À éviter si on ne veut pas de tracas.

Ich bin begeistert von Motivinci ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Ich hatte vor ca. 14 Tagen ein großes Bild bestellt welches innerhalb kürzester Zeit bei mir ankam. Leider wurde es auf dem Transportweg beschädigt. Ich nahm per E-Mail Kontakt zu Motivinci auf, schilderte mein Problem und innerhalb weniger Stunden, bekam ich eine Rückmeldung von Eda. Nur fünf Tage später erhielt ich ein neues Bild. Einfach fantastisch, ein wunderschönes Bild, was für ein toller Service und kulanter Anbieter, was für ein tolles kompetentes Team. Mein ganz besonderer Dank nochmals an Eda, sie hat alles für mich in die Wege geleitet, einfach ganz großartig. Weiterhin viel Erfolg und bis zum nächsten Kauf.

Slechte communicatie, maar regelen het wel!
Mijn vriendin heeft een schilderij gekocht voor mij, en het kwam al met slechte kwaliteit & verbogen aan.. Mijn vriendin had gemaild & er zou een nieuwe opgestuurd worden, op heden niets ontvangen & ze reageren ook niet meer.
Dus niet bestellen, want ze leveren of niet of slechte kwaliteit!
EDIT:
Vandaag uit het niets, een nieuwe schilderij binnen gekregen & deze was veel netter & recht !
Dus bij deze bedankt ik @Motivinci hartelijk voor het leveren van een nieuwe schilderij!
En daarom verander ik mijn ervaring van de 1 ster naar 5 sterren!

MOTIVINCI HYPE
Motivinci really surprised me with both the quality of the art and their customer service. Im sure if you go scroll though their website you'll notice they don't fall short on abstract and creativity. To put you at ease i will also gladly testify to the print quality being worthy of every dollar spent so go ahead and order the largest picture frame disappointed.
As far as their customer service, i got a response with in 24 hours per email if not sooner. Taking into account that im in a different time zone and how willing they were to resolve things and answer my questions it was a smooth and efficient resolution every time. An example of something that was taking care of was a price problem with the shipping. They acknowledged the issue, fixed the problem, and still allowed me to part take in the promo at the time even though it had passed. A company that cares for customer enough to make things right will always have my support and business. Feel free to add me on instagram @investonprolific and share your art collection with me.
