I joined Motion Fitness just last month, and honestly, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. From day one, the gym has felt welcoming and positive. The staff is super friendly, always smiling, and ready to help without making you feel awkward or out of place. The machines are modern, well-maintained, and there’s enough variety that I never feel bored.

What truly makes Motion Fitness special for me is the separate workout area for women. As someone who is naturally shy and very new to exercising, this space has been a game changer. I can focus on learning, trying new exercises, and building confidence without feeling judged or uncomfortable. It feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

Cleanliness is another big plus everything is always neat, fresh, and well organized, which really motivates me to come regularly. Motion Fitness doesn’t just feel like a gym; it feels like a supportive community where beginners are just as valued as experienced members.

I’m genuinely glad I joined, and I’ll definitely be recommending Motion Fitness to my friends. If you’re someone who’s new, shy, or just looking for a comfortable and motivating place to start your fitness journey.

Motion Fitness at the Blairmore location is a gem of a Fitness facility! Right from the start I was warmly welcomed. The management style from Michelle extends over to her Staff. She is positive, energetic and enthusiastic. She and the staff members take a precious moment to both welcome you upon arrival and to acknowledge the time you took to show up at the gym. “ See you tomorrow!” are words commonly heard as you head out the door.
The facility is cared for with authentic hearts truly loving their jobs to serve the public. Puja and Humaira are outstanding in their abilities as employees to take a moment to listen, encourage and support members with their health journey .
The choice of personal Trainers makes it easy to find someone you connect with. I invested in a thirty-six session with Chris Montague- Mitchell. Chris transformed me from a dark place of low self esteem to one where my body healed from a bad accident, transforming inflammation into muscle and previous mindless nutrition habits into positive ones. My self confidence, self esteem, and self worth are at the top. I feel amazing and am grateful for this supportive community to live my Best Life!

Love the gym in Stonebridge. Excellent staff and very spacious. The equipment are in excellent shape as well. I also can’t say enough about the cleaning staff.

I always love how clean and welcoming motion is. It’s always great after a long stressful day that I can come to the gym and just leave it all there.

Large gym with lots of different equipment, saunas, yoga room, spin classes and group classes. Can get very busy in the evenings but lots of room for everyone!

All the staff is friendly, and the space has been well kept lately!

I’ve been going to Motion Fitness at the Lawson Heights location since July 2025 and by far the best gym in the city!! I love the “women’s only” section. The equipment is always kept in good shape and the staff are always friendly. I like that you can see how busy the gym is online as it helps with my plans for the day. The space is relatively kept clean and sanitized!! Overall, my favourite place to be at as I live very close by. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Since signing up for my membership online upto entering the gym for the first time and interacting with the staff, I have had the best experience! I already feel more welcomed and confident than any other gym I signed up a membership at. The incentives are incredible as well, everything from contests and discounts at certain places. Highly recommend to anyone just starting their fitness journey.

I’ve been going to Motion Fitness at Lawson for a while now, and it’s been a solid experience overall. The equipment is kept in good shape, nothing feels worn out or neglected, and the place is consistently clean whenever I’m in. The staff deserve a shout‑out too — they’re friendly, easy to approach, and create a comfortable atmosphere. For what you pay, it’s genuinely good value. If you’re looking for a dependable gym in Saskatoon, this one does the job really well.

I have had a motion fitness membership for years. I enjoy that I have options for different gyms within the city that let me be flexible with classes I want to take on different days.

The facilities is always quite clean. I wish there was a better system for cleaning the equipment rather than the communal rags and spray bottles though. I tend to clean the equipment before I use it too as
I have noticed a lot of people don’t clean the machines after using them.

There is a lot of options for weight equipment and cardio equipment on the floor and the equipment always seems to be in good order.

The lockers and change area is always clean and it’s a nice touch to have the blow dryers for anyone showering or headed somewhere after the gym.

I also like to use the sauna and massage chairs on occasion as they are a nice added feature with the membership.

If you’re interested in classes, there is a variety and I find the class sizes to be good and not cramped. The instructors are all very nice.

I do wish that the one closest to me was still 24 hours as I like to go to the gym later at night when it is quieter.

I would recommend Motion to anyone starting their fitness journey, learning or wanting a gym that offers class schedules and also weight and cardio machines.

Motion Fitness has honestly become my go-to gym. The atmosphere pushes me to show up and give my best every time. The equipment is always in great shape, there’s enough space to focus on your workout, and the energy in the gym is unmatched. The staff are welcoming and supportive, which makes a big difference. Whether I’m lifting heavy or just trying to clear my head, Motion Fitness feels like the right place to be. Definitely recommend it. I’ve recommended Motion Fitness to my entire family, and they’re all registered now. My girlfriend is currently on the 7-day trial and already plans to join once it ends; that’s how good the experience has been.
