I met Sonal during my pregnancy journey. She is so helpful, understands the problem and gives very good suggestion.I religiously followed all the steps through garbasanskar.Attended daily yoga session, gained lot of benefit through asanas and the trainer Aarya ma'am & Hemalini ma'am suggestion whenever I was stuck in my pregnancy journey. It really worked during my Labour pain.It was just a miracle I felt.Why I am insisting so much because in midnight 24th January water broken and we immediately rushed to hospital .I thought doctor will suggest C-section but looking at my health report it was fine and they were monitoring baby's heartbeat everything seems to be fine.And I had faith that everything is fine keeping my mind & body very relaxed and calm, only focused on my breathing exercise it really worked.Same day afternoon normal delivery blessed with baby girl.Hence always keep your mind & body relax and calm during pregnancy .It really helps you during labour.

I connected with Sonal during my pregnancy journey and found her very helpful and supportive. She was just a text away whenever required.

The Garbhsanskar app was good in terms of stories and shlokas. However, I personally felt online yoga classes could have been better as with 200+ members in one class it becomes almost impossible to keep a track if everyone is doing correctly and also for almost a month or more classes were off on account of holidays/ trainer on leave and old recorded sessions were provided. Few alternative yoga trainers were made available later but didn’t find them that good.

My yoga classes were also paused on account of low placenta but I later learnt from my gyanae and a friend with similar situation that there are specific pranayama and asanas to assist in low placenta cases.

I feel as Yoga is very crucial part of pregnancy journey, that is one thing which can be done better.

I attended a very informative and interesting vision board workshop on zoom, by Sonal. She was very patient with us and answered all our questions. At the end,l felt that l could truly achieve my goals by working on my vision board. Looking forward to a brighter future!
