Son unos ladrones y unos estafadores me han estafado 49,90 nisiquiera mi suscribe yo solo quería usa solo un uso de 0,10€ y al día siguiente me cobraron 49,90€ y ahora no me quieren devolver el dinero que me cobraron de más yo no queria suscribirme y fui un error y ahora no me quieren hacer el reembolso

Vorsicht: Nach meiner Erfahrung steckt hinter diesem Angebot eine Abofalle. Ich habe lediglich die beworbenen 10 Cent für die PDF-Erstellung bezahlt und erst am nächsten Tag festgestellt, dass daraus offenbar ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement geworden war. Das empfinde ich als äußerst intransparent.

Selbst die 10 Cent sind aus meiner Sicht jedoch verschenkt. Die Qualität der PDF-Erstellung ist sehr schlecht. Obwohl mit einer KI-gestützten Optimierung geworben wird, wird das Foto praktisch unverändert übernommen. Schief aufgenommene Dokumente werden nicht begradigt, die Ränder des Blattes werden nicht erkannt und die Unterlage wird nicht vom Dokument getrennt. Das Ergebnis ist eine PDF, mit der man kaum sinnvoll arbeiten kann.

Für mich war der Dienst in jeder Hinsicht eine Enttäuschung. Ich kann ihn daher nicht empfehlen.

wanted to resize one PDF file - googled on 'free resizing PDF" and came to Mostpdf, in no time it was organised. Then I got the message to pay 10 cents - and decided to do so. Next day I see 49.90 Euro has been taken from my account. I contacted my bank, they could do nothing, advised me to contact apple Pay, this guy helped me to stop the subscription which I seem to have accepted and advised me to write them about EU regulations to be allowed to discontinue without extra costs within 14 days. Which was also written on their website. I did, the email returned undelivered, but after a few tries I got an answer: Thank you very much for reaching out to us. We completely understand your request for a full refund and truly appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns with us. Your case is important to us, and we have already submitted it to our higher management for further review. As a full refund requires additional approval, the evaluation process may take up to 7 business days. While we will do our best to advocate for your request, please understand that we cannot guarantee that a 100% refund will be successfully approved. We sincerely appreciate your patience while we work on this for you.
In the meantime, we would like to offer an option that is available for immediate processing, in case it may help bring you a quicker resolution:
We can arrange a partial refund of 50%.
Your subscription benefits would remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, allowing you to continue using the service without interruption.

0,10€ laut Website bezahlt. Ein Tag später 49,90€ abgebucht. (Abofalle!!!)

‼️ Vorsicht ‼️ Abo Falle. Es werden 0,10€ für ein pdf abgebucht und einen Tag später 49,90€ und man ist ein Abo eingegangen! Alles aus Hongkong und keine Antwort auf Emails.

Han sido unos miserables, me cobraron menos de 1 euro, por pasar un documento a pdf, y de forma fraudulenta, me cobraron una suscripción que no pedí, de 49,90€. Tuve que bloquear la tarjeta visá y pedir otra por ellos, para evitar mas cobros indebidos. Tuve que cruzar 6 email, con amenaza de denunciarlos, para conseguir el reembolso íntegro. Son unos sinvergüenzas! Tendrian que tener la web cerrada!

I should have read the reviews before, the same happened to me, payed 0.10 to compress a PDF and then found out they were charging 49.90 for a full monthly subscription. That's totally dishonest.

HOWEVER, after contacting their support, they answered me really quickly, canceled the subscription and refunded it to my credit card.

So I think that, among the scammers, they are the nice ones? 😅

Mostpdf ze zeggen voor een pdf formulier 0,10 cent te berekenen maar daarna schrijven ze steeds 49,90
Gemeld maar email komt steeds niet aan.nu al 3x 49,90
afgeschreven. Dus wees gewaarschuwd lees de kleine letters voor mij helaas te laat !!!!!
