Moss Plumbing And Heating Engineers Omdömen

Quick to respond, friendly, flexible, came in ahead of schedule - great job.

Very nice, figured out issue immediately.

Reliable and punctual
Knowledgeable and installed shower in a timely manner.
Totally recommend and will use again. Thanks so much.

Two modest sized bathroom / en-suite renovations carried out to budget and to time. Standard of workmanship high, everything kept clean and tidy with no issues or if there were, resolved with a fuss. Would highly recommend.

Steven took on the job of 3 en-suite bathrooms for an extension with a very strict deadline to be ready for a 21st birthday party. He was really
Honest about committing to 2 of 3 but in the end he and his team pulled out all the stops and were finished 2 weeks ahead of deadline. Great team effort, attention to detail and making sure adjustments were taken into consideration. A brilliant job, great team and very very pleased with the result in all 3 en-suite rooms. Couldn’t have picked a better company to work with. Highly recommend.

I have recently had my en-suite renovated by Steven and the results are amazing..couldn’t be more happier with it!

Steven was punctual ,professional, reliable, a trustworthy company I was more than comfortable leaving in the house whilst I was at work.Steven continually updated me with progress throughout the week.

Quality of workmanship is 100% first class finished to the highest of standard.
Special mention to the rest of the MOSS team and Ewan the tiler who both show great attention to detail with their finishing.

I have used Moss plumbing & heating for years for all reactive repairs/boiler servicing too and I will continue to use for many years to come!!

Had a new gas boiler, shower and shower screen fitted. Steven and his team did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy.
Would definately recommend this company and I will certainly be using them again

I’ve just had my cloakroom and en-suite completed by Steven at Moss Plumbing and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Steven was punctual, reliable and incredibly professional. He worked cleanly and tidily throughout the job, always making sure to clear up at the end of each day, which made such a difference.

The quality of workmanship is excellent – everything has been finished to a really high standard with great attention to detail. Steven was approachable, helpful with advice, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this consistent and trustworthy, and I felt very comfortable having him working in the house.

I’ll definitely be having him back to do another bathroom in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Moss Plumbing to anyone looking for a high-quality, professional service.

Recently had a bathroom and en-suite fitted and couldn’t be happier with the results. Steven and his team carry out the works to a high standard and kept the areas clean and tidy. The guys are very helpful and communicate openly throughout the install. We would highly recommend Moss Plumbing and will use their services again in future.

Steve came to change my water heater and delivered fantastic customer service throughout: from first visit to checking that all was in order post-installation. I
highly recommend Moss Plumbing and Heating for any work you're looking to get done.

I cannot recommend Steven and his workmen highly enough. He has just installed a new combi boiler in my home and the service I received was impressive and highly professional from the start with a competitive quote given quickly to the finish. He was punctual, very respectful of my home and kept me updated as the work progressed. I also appreciated how clean my home was left following the work.
Steven will be installing a new bathroom for me soon and again has given me very helpful information. I hope to continue with his services in rental properties I own.

Since moving into my house I have had a lot of work done just to maintain it and Moss Plumbing has been one of the companies that has proved to be outstanding. They are a rare company that are reliable, trustworthy that they will turn up to do a top job and make sure that you are happy when they have done the job. I am a worrier whenever I need a job done as getting hold of someone is a rarity but Moss Plumbing are on the ball all the time so top marks for a great company.

They have made an excellent job. Very pleased.

Very honest, kept in touch with what was happening regards parts. Swift response to my need for the job (I have health issues) even though the poor guy was recovering from a bout of illness he STILL responded quickly. That's how dedicated to providing his service he is. Would DEFINITELY recommend this company.

Great service. Had an emergency boiler issue and Moss came out to have a look at it asap. Helpful and informative as well to help us moving forward to resolve our issue.

Excellent service, from start to finish. Steven was very helpful & informative. The installation was done in good time, and finished to a high standard. The bathroom, and surrounding area was kept tidy through out the process.

We are very happy with our new bathroom.

Lovely guys!

Cannot thank Moss Plumbing enough! The guys are super busy this time of year, but managed to fit in some time to help us with a significant leak in our bathroom. Will definitely be using them going forward and would recommend!

Right from the start Steven was understanding and advised us accordingly. He answered our questions providing options and listened to our thoughts and concerns.
The workmanship was of the highest quality with the greatest respect to our property, all work areas cleaned and hoovered as they progressed.
Quote for the work was competitive and accurate.
Would recommend.
