Best customer service
I placed an order, and then 2 days later they did a sale of the floor model I'd just bought. They let me cancel my order and get the floor model instead, which meant I could upgrade to a nicer mattress! The mattress ended up not fitting right on my frame, and Ryan has been so great trying to troubleshoot and help us come up with a solution.

Hi Amalia,
Thank you so much for the kind words! It was truly a pleasure working with you to make sure you got the best possible setup for your home.
We always want our customers to feel like they’re getting the best value, so I was more than happy to help you switch over to that floor model upgrade! Troubleshooting the frame fit is just part of the job—I want to make sure that "nicer mattress" actually feels perfect once it’s in place.
Thank you for your patience and for trusting Moss Envy. I'm glad we could work through it together!
Best,
Ryan & The Moss Envy Team
Amazing customer service
The customer service was above and beyond expectations! Within 30 minutes of placing my order online I received a phone call from Ryan at Moss Envy letting me know my item was out of stock but would be in within a few days. He reassured me the order would ship immediately. I received my pillow (which I love) only 1-2 days later than originally estimated.

Hi Maureen,
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We believe that clear communication is just as important as the products we sell, so I’m glad I could jump on the phone and give you a quick update.
I’m thrilled to hear that the small delay didn’t stand in the way of a great experience and, most importantly, that you absolutely love your new pillow! Getting you a better night's sleep as quickly as possible is always our goal.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review!
Helping our customers find that "super comfortable" mattress and wake up feeling refreshed is exactly why we do what we do. We’re so glad we could help you get the rest you deserve!
Sweet dreams and thanks for choosing Moss Envy!
It's great to try out mattresses before buying
Ryan spent hours with my husband & me explaining the different mattress options & letting us lie on them. After almost 2 months, we are loving our Savvy Rest. My husband loves his firmest option & I love my next to the softest option. Based on our ages, this is likely our last mattress purchase. We're glad it will be easy to move AND isn't toxic to the environment.
Ryan also helped us choose a luxurious wool mattress topper, a wool comforter, & a kapok body pillow. We’re enjoying all our purchases from Moss Envy! We highly recommend this store!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review! It was truly a pleasure spending that time with you and your husband to make sure we got the configuration exactly right for both of your needs.
I’m thrilled to hear you are both loving the customized feel of your Savvy Rest. That is the beauty of those layers—having that "firmest" and "next to softest" side-by-side ensures no one has to compromise on comfort!
It’s also wonderful to know that the longevity and eco-friendly aspects of the mattress give you peace of mind. Knowing that your bed, topper, comforter, and body pillow are all contributing to a healthy, non-toxic "oasis" is exactly what we aim for at Moss Envy.
Thank you for the high recommendation and for trusting me with such an important investment!

The best place for organic bedroom…
The best place for organic bedroom stuff in the Twin Cities!

Svar från Moss Envy: Natural & Organic Bedroom
Thank you so much! We take a lot of pride in being the go-to spot for organic bedroom essentials in the Twin Cities, so your "best place" shout-out means the world to us.
We love helping our neighbors find healthy, high-quality options right here in the community. Thanks for the support!
Helpful staff, high quality products
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the brands and products they carry. They were happy to take their time to help us test and compare a variety of beds and toppers and they were respectful of (and didn’t try to push the boundaries of) the budget we came in with. The staff were thorough in educating us on the proper care for the wool mattress topper we purchased.
Some of the products they carry are expensive when compared to the current non-sustainable products on the market, but the materials used and quality of craftsmanship means they will last longer than cheaper, mass-produced products. They also carry products from an amazing MN wool mill who you can send your wool bedding products to be cleaned/refurbished (for a fee, of course). I love that they are working with vendors who support this type of sustainability and who make products that can be used for a lifetime with proper care.

Hi Brenda,
Thank you so much for this incredibly detailed and thoughtful review! We truly appreciate you taking the time to highlight what we strive for every day at Moss Envy.
It was a pleasure helping you navigate the different options, and we believe that staying within a customer's budget is just as important as finding the right comfort level. We are also so glad you appreciated the education on wool care—we want your pieces to last as long as possible!
Speaking of longevity, we are especially proud of our partnership with our local Minnesota wool mill. Their ability to clean and refurbish products perfectly aligns with our mission of sustainability and moving away from "throwaway" culture. It’s wonderful to work with customers like you who value quality craftsmanship and products that can truly last a lifetime.
Enjoy your new bedding and that beautiful wool topper!

The Moss Envy Team
Excellent and efficient process
Excellent and efficient process, from ordering to a speedy delivery of a pillow that has transformed my sleep quality! I couldn't be more satisfied. The side sleeper pillow is so comfortable and even supports my shoulders. Quality is superb, and even extends to the pillow cases! Thank you so much!! It also arrived just a few days after I ordered!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that your pillow has already transformed your sleep quality.
It’s great to know the side sleeper design is providing the shoulder support you needed—finding that right alignment makes all the difference! We also take a lot of pride in the details, so we’re glad you noticed the superb quality of the pillowcases as well.
We aim for an "excellent and efficient" experience every time, so hearing that it arrived just a few days after you ordered is a big win for us. Enjoy the better sleep!
Great Service
I needed help with a tricky exchange, And I got it done fast and easy and with free home delivery. And I ended up making an additional 14.00 on my card. It was a coincident that I made a bit of change out of the return, but the fast and efficient service was great, and fast.

Svar från Moss Envy: Natural & Organic Bedroom
Thank you for the great review! We know that exchanges can sometimes feel like a hassle, so we always aim to make the process as fast and efficient as possible.
We’re so glad we could get that sorted out for you quickly and include the home delivery to save you a trip. And hey, ending up with an extra $14 on your card is a pretty nice bonus!
Thank you for your patience and for shopping with us. We hope you’re loving your purchase!
High quality products, phenomenal customer service
The pillows I purchased are hands down the most comfortable ones I have ever owned. They had zero chemical smell and I used them right out of the packaging with no issue. But what puts it really over the top is the level of customer service provided. They let me try basically every pillow and mattress in the place, talked me through the differences, made helpful suggestions, and even told me to hold off a couple days in ordering because the pillows I wanted would be going on sale soon. Great communication throughout the ordering and shipping process as well. Super pleased!

Fabulous store
I found Moss Envy on an online search looking for organic wool pillows. I called and spoke with Laura with a lot of questions. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and make very helpful suggestions. I placed my order online. The next day I needed to change my order from pickup to shipping. I called again, spoke with Laura and within less than an hour, she had my order boxed and shipped. I ended up ordering the natural wool pillows, the PLA pillow and the organic cotton pillow protectors. Everything is high quality, no odor, non-toxic and very comfortable. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the customer service I received. Definitely recommend!

Worth it
I placed an order on the weekend not expecting any answer as the store was closed, but... later that day I got a call asking about the order I placed because I mentioned that I needed it asap. For only 100.00 more they did get my order ready and shipped it out the next day instead of having to wait 2-3 weeks. This was the last day of their sale and busy processing orders. I did not visit the store, my daughter whom the bed was for just knew what she wanted, something organic. The person that did call me to confirm my order also helped with suggestions of what firmness to order and told me more about the company and products. It is easy to set up, 3 layers of latex and did not take much time at all. I would recommend this bed to anyone looking for comfort and organic without coils.
