Amazing
Great communication, quick to resolve issues effectively and overall just lovely people. Would have rent from them again if wasn’t final year of uni.

Accomadating, great location, good price and wonderfull house. (60 vivian)
Had a great time at 60 Vivan. Repairs were done quickly and communication was easy. The design and location of the house are excellent. Parking on the street is good and feels safe.
Downsides: The internet could have better connectivity throughout the house. I do not recommend using UniHomes to sort your bills — it's too expensive and the internet is unreliable.
The maintenance man should give more notice before entering the property. On several occasions, he came in without giving the required 24 hours’ notice.
All in all, the property was lovely and a joy to live in.

Amazing experience renting a uni house
Amazing experience renting a uni house. The house is clean, well furnished and good for students. Dan and Chris are super helpful, responding to any questions we have quickly and any maintenance issues are usually solved within 24 hours.
Me and my friends loved it so much that we are going with them again next year, so I definitely recommend to other students as they are very reliable and considerate!!!

Incredible house, incredible landlords, incredible service!!! The house was immaculate, very modern and spacious, the landlords were even better. Extremely helpful and understanding, any issues were dealt with immediately. Would stay with them again! Thanks guys 😃

I’ve had such a fantastic experience living in this student house thanks to the landlords and their incredible team. From day one, they’ve been friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or issues – often sorting things out the same day!
The house itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and everything works perfectly. It’s been such a comfortable and stress-free place to live, which is exactly what you need as a student. It’s clear they really care about their tenants and go the extra mile to make sure we’re happy and well looked after.
Couldn’t recommend them more – genuinely the best rental experience I’ve had!

Attentive and Helpful
The landlords and team and highly attentive to all the needs we needed and are very lovely. They are very responsive and have helped us whenever we have had an issue. Honestly a perfect landlord relationship
