I can not express more how happy we are with the service we have received from the Daniel and Rachel. We knew we are in good hands already after the first call with Dan, and even though we weren't financially ready to commit at that point, we felt we didn't want to go with any other broker. They have been very supportive during the whole process. Their knowledge of industry and support for first time buyers is second to none. Rachel, Dan, Kirsty and the rest of the team at New Wave were simply amazing. We were a slightly clueless and complicated case but the team were always happy to answer my many phone calls to explain the process and calm me down.
We weren’t sure if we’d be able to get a mortgage but the team managed to find us options to suit us and really felt like they were on our side, working for us and not just trying to get us out the door and collect a fee.
They also recommended our solicitor which was handy as they were able to be in contact with them too.

Great support for those who do not fit high street lender criteria
New Wave were great from start to finish and managed to source a mortgage with a lender when others could not help. My wife and I have our own businesses but mine is relatively new and therefore most high street lenders could not help, without huge deposits. Daniel managed to find us a lender with our 5% deposit using my day rate from a client as proof of income. We have just completed and moved into our first home! Thanks Kye and Daniel for the support all the way through. You answer the phone when needed and no question was a stupid question. Everything was explained perfectly and I would recommend New Wave in a flash for anyone needing a mortgage when you don't fit the high street lender tick boxes!
