Both Dylan and Rachel were fantastic from start to finish. Our mortgage needs were slightly "trickier" than standard (being self employed with only 1 years worth of accounts) but they managed to get us a very competitive deal and made the entire process feel "easy." NewWave is soo good for foreign business owners!
As a foreign business owner, most brokers don't know where to start with my income situation. New Wave took great care of me, and got us over the line with a good result. I will say that if you have a unique situation, you should budget around 2-3 times whatever their timeline estimate is, but that's not really on them; it's the banks.

What a great breath of fresh air from this New Wave FS mortgage broker.
My case was far from simple. Self employed with a limited company, Im 70yrs old and was finding it very difficult to find a broker that would take up the case. Kye, David & Debbie all understood the situation and got me a mortgage offer. Always communicate and kept me in the loop at all stages.

Daniel Cosgrove has advised me on a self-employed mortgage and kept my file open over the past year whilst navigating a divorce. He has been clear, patient, and supportive when discussing my options.
