I purchased what I thought was a beautiful-and very expensive chandelier, only to find each and every piece of glass on it to have a very foggy film on them. I have had a professional cleaning company attempt to clean it not once but twice with no success. There are even stripes of some sort on some of the pieces. Customer service did not return five attempts of me contacting them, however, my contractor did finally get a response. They will not replace the glass pieces, or even offer an exchange. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau although it looks like several others have as well without any success. This fixture is front in center when you enter my house and I cannot even turn the light on as it amplifies the film on it.

I wish I would have seen the review under the one I am about to write… red flag, only seen great views on the website, so I ordered a 2000 marble chandelier. It arrived already broken with missing pieces. I would have even tried gluing it together after the email after email, praying that my complaint would not fall upon death ears.. it’s has been almost a week and when I check for a status for a return slip, the rep replies with the managers are still investigating, investigating what? That they need to make this expensive piece right and not send the broken chandelier that someone else returned. I will keep making everyone aware until this gets resolved… if you experienced a problem with this company, do not stop here go on all platforms to make people know what this company does to our hard earned money.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a chandelier from them and it was a complete nightmare. The packaging was a disaster, the chandelier didn’t look anything like the photos and the quality was extremely poor. I was in shock when I received some piece of junk from China when I paid a lot of money for it. I wouldn’t even pay $50 for it bc it was that bad.
I had to really fight for the return label even though their website says, free returns within 30 days and it took them a month to send it to me. They will drag it on and on and keep coming up with different excuses hoping you’ll give up.
I returned the chandelier the day I received the label bc I wanted it out of my house ASAP and I was tired of dealing with them.
I had to reach out to my CC company for my money back bc they completely ghosted me even though they received the return.
It was the worst purchase I have ever made and dealing with them gave me the worst anxiety.
I wish I did more research before ordering from this company. Seeing only positive reviews should’ve been a red flag. They remove all the bad reviews so people have no idea how this company really is.
