Costume was a big hit, well-made and accurately sized.

My daughter loves the dragon outfit and the quality is brilliant. I ordered very last on the Sunday night, and it was with me Monday! Unbelievably quick. Will be my first place to look in the future

Das bestellte Kostüm kam an und stank absolut abartig nach Schweiß. Ich habe 2 Mal an den Support geschrieben - keine Reaktion. Bei der dritten Mail und mit Androhung bei Paypal eine Fall auf zu machen, kam eine Antwort. Ich sollte ein Bild als Nachweis senden?! Komplett sinnlos. Dann wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Frist ja abgelaufen sei um das Kostüm zurückzugeben, meine beiden ersten Mails, die in der Frist gesendet wurden seien nie angekommen. Dann kam das großzügige Angebot, dass man mir 50% des Preises erstatten könnte. Danke für nicht, habe also immer noch 20€ für Müll bezahlt!!

Wenn die Rücksendung 22,68 Euro kostet, sollte man sich sehr genau überlegen, dort etwas zu bestellen. Dieser Tipp kam für mich leider zu spät.

Sehr positiv: die Ware ist sehr schnell angekommen und im erwartbaren Zustand.

Leider ist der Kundendienst nicht zu erreichen. Rücksendeprozess in die Niederlande maximal untransparent und ohne Hilfe!

Kostuum besteld, wel betaald, maar nooit ontvangen. DHL zegt geleverd te hebben, we waren thuis, maar niemand heeft iets gezien of ontvangen. Meerdere malen per mail contact gezocht met de support afdeling, maar nooit een reactie ontvangen. Op een andere manier is het bedrijf niet bereikbaar.

Despite return this item on the 28th November, I still have not yet received a refund

Ordered a costume in October for my son for Halloween. The size wasn't quite right for him but the costume itself was fine.

Order was returned unworn on 06/11/25 via tracked delivery. It was delivered to them on 08/11/25. I received no acknowledgement from Morphsuits regards the return.

I emailed them on 19/11/25 explaining the situation and was told refunds would normally be processed within 10 days of receipt by the warehouse, but my return could be processed quicker if I sent my proof of postage, which I did on 04/12/25.

At this point I was told the refund would be completed in 3-7 business days, the 7th of which would be 15/12/25.

I've now emailed again on 18/12/25 to explain I've still had no refund and no further correspondence from Morphsuits.

Absolutely dreadful customer service.

We took the grandchildren to see the musical Mary Poppins, and we had to dress up as characters from the show I went as a chimney sweep.
The outfit arrived in super quick time and have to say it was of good quality, size wise it fitted just right.
We received lots of comments on how good we looked so thank you Morphsuits, will use again.

Made a purchase here and sizing was completely out. Ordered a small, it was hanging off me. Certainly not skin tight how youd expect a bodysuit. I did what was requested and paid for a return with tracking which was over £5. Never received the refund. Have contacted several times and no reply is ever sent. They've basically kept the money so I may as well have kept the crappy suit. Save your money as it won't fit and then you will be out of pocket.

Very quick dispatch from ordering but when my sons opened his power ranger costume for his 6th birthday today we noticed how flimsy his mask was and how it cut his ear from how sharp it was also half the padding was missing not happy considering the price

I ordered a ‘Fireman’ outfit for my nephew. It’s just brilliant and I’m sure he will love wearing it.

Received very quickly but didn’t fit so returned, but haven’t received refund yet been 4 weeks .

I didn’t receive my item. Had forgotten I purchased it after getting caught up in readying the kids for Halloween.

I returned item (wrong size) still have not received refund despite follow up email and tracking proving that item was returned to facility

Do not order from this site! Returned my dress unworn as it did not fit and they have not refunded me!

Costume was ripped on the seam, sent an email to complain over 2weeks ago but no response at all.
Won’t use again.

Costume arrived to late. The blower is to weak to keep costume properly inflated. Very dissapointed

Costumes were sized small and one had a large area of printing on the sleeve that looks like markings from construction on the fabric. Colors were too bright as well. The suit that should have been orange was more “high vis” and ridiculous. Not able to use either one that we ordered.
