Absolutely appalling customer service. I've had to raise a dispute with my bank as I've been unable to get any response from this company. My items were damaged in transit by hermes so thankfully sent right back but I recieved no update to tell me why the items never reached me and dispute numerous emails I've yet to recieve any response and phone calls are pointless as they don't answer. Officially the worst customer experience from any company ever!! I appreciate things are delayed but I've waited 12 weeks so far with I deem to be unacceptable.

Would give zero if I could, joke of a company- ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received anything, then got an email yesterday saying one of the products I ordered which was a large brush set was no longer available!!! I mean could have told me earlier? Told me after I complained.... not good enough. Honestly don’t buy from here- especially on the Morphe website! I emailed twice with no reply finally someone replied and told me to wait 20 days?!! IT HAD BEEN 20 DAYS!! What an absolute joke, you’d think the company would be better being so big?? But no. Don’t bother trusting them.

appalled. what is going on? i ordered a make up palette for my daughter over 6 weeks ago now. No product. No shipping details, no satustaftoy replies to emails just 'it should be dispatched soon'. the conpany is a scam

My return order was delivered back to Morphe on May 18th and I have yet to have any response from the company. No email. No returning of funds. They don't answer emails or the phone. I understand that Covid has affected everyone but not to the point where returns can't be processed. Will not purchase anything from them again. Worst customer service.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews but I made my order on the 31st May and received everything today(1 week later). (Made 2 separate orders on the same day) Got £100 worth of stuff and is all in excellent condition, would definitely buy again. From Northern Ireland if that helps 😁

I had ordered £100worth of products well over a month ago and I still havent received my order! I received an email from MORPHE stating 1 product I ordered wasnt in stock and I would be refunded for this and my other products would be dispatched ASAP. This was 3 weeks ago and I still havent even received my refund!
Absolutely disgraceful service I have emailed 3 times with no response.
I will be taking this higher as the company are basically thieves after seeing how many times they have done this to people.

Been over a month and haven’t received my palette. Don’t reply to emails and put on hold on phone calls. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Do not buy online. I ordered 2 sets of brushes but only received 1, I have sent several emails all of which have been ignored, although they have kept my money. I honestly could not recommend this company as they do not care about their customers and seem to treat them with contempt.

Waiting on an order since 15th of May. It has had a shipping label printed for over a week now, but has not left the warehouse. I cant get a hold of anyone in customer service, nor will they answer an email. I had never ordered from morphe before but been on a youtube binge and decided to try it out. I wish I would have just ordered Ulta Curbside.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 3 setting sprays, only 2 delivered,THIS WAS 6 WEEKS AGO. I have sent many emails to no response apart from the automated ones. I am now going to contact my credit card company to see if they can request monies back ( probably cannot but I'm going to try)

Morphe is the WORST. Seriusly, THE WORST company I have ever get in contact with. They have no respect, empathy or consideration for their costumers. I ordered a pallet that never arrived, never shipped or left that place. BUT they took my money. They don’t do refunds. When they do, they are late doing them and sometimes they don’t even give you the correct amount. Interestingly, it’s always less than it was supposed to. THEY ARE THIEVES. I hate this company. And I don’t recommend it to ANYONE.

I ordered a lot of palettes and one of them came with two colors broken so I emailed them already twice and never heard back from them. Very disappointing from such an established brand.

A dire la verità proprio oggi, dopo un mese i attesa, svariati solleciti e date di spedizione rinviate, stavo per lasciare una brutta recensione (ma solo perché il mio pacco risultava disperso chissà dove).
Invece proprio ora ho ricevuto la mia merce, ben imballata e piena di plastiche protettive ad aria per fare volume!
Vi consiglio solo di pazientare e il pacco arriverà.

They don’t refund or reply to emails when you return something, doesn’t matter if it’s brand new or faulty, complete scammers and want my money back

I have emailed twice regarding two set of brushes that appeared frayed and cheap after a preliminary, gentle washing. No response other than the automated message stating they received my email. This is completely unacceptable from such an established brand. Get it together, Morphe.

After reading all reviews I was a bit worried about my order. Their customer service replied within the day and were really helpful. Would buy again

Never again! Ordered a make up palette for my daughter. It came in a couple of weeks which was fine but it was damaged on arrival, a couple of the colours were totally ruined. I've emailed them about 10 times now and had no response except the automated ones to say they've received the email. Rubbish customer service, non existent actually! My daughter is gutted as am I.

I placed an order for three setting spray mists, but my parcel only contained two. I've sent numerous emails over the past three weeks and had no response. Their telephone number just rings through. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

So... after reading all the reviews about delivery and the condition of items AFTER I bought from the website something I rarly do I was totally panicked!
I emailed straight away not expecting a reply from an actual human being but I did a day later. I cancelled my order they said that they will try. My order got cancelled and I got a refund whole process was under a week.

I do not know what is happening but looking at the reviews seems there is a customer service issue as I have sent emails to enquire about refund before receiving it and nothing. ALso Morphe do not use Hermes as your delivery service ! DPD are better.
Yes we are in a pandemic been in it for over 2 months need to get better organised if you do not want to lose you online make up beauties!
