John Cavill takes all the worry out of managing the mortage, he has always provided great service

Jess has been an absolute star as our mortgage advisor and has gone above and beyond for us every step of the way. From day one she’s been so warm, patient, and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making what could have been a really stressful process feel completely manageable. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she’s always there to answer our questions and put our minds at ease, and it’s so clear she genuinely cares about her clients. Lauren Gair supported us through applying for our remortgage. This was the first time we were changing lenders and originally was daunting and we even considered staying with our previous lender to prevent the hassle, BUT Lauren was to the rescue she sorted our remortgage so straight forward it wasn’t a hassle, we also did additional borrowing. She was so amazing that her extensive back round checking to ensure it was the right mortgage for us etc got us from submission to offer in less than an hour!! Yes I said ONE HOUR. Shes so responsive and supportive. I would highly recommend her, she then even supported my disabled brother through a refix as he’d been sat on variable rate for 18months. Highly recommend and we will be back in 2 years.

It was the time of year I was dreading, getting a new mortgage deal. With all the uncertainty in the world and our financial footing a little unsteady I was really concerned about what lay ahead for us. Enter John Cavill. I have known John for 10 years now and with his expertise, advice and guidance I knew everything was going to work out and it certainly has. He has worked tirelessly for us (as he always does) and I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me and my family, he has changed our financial outlook for the better and we are so very grateful that we have had the privilege of John working on our behalf. He is professional when he needs to be and has an ear to listen with when needed. I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else for a mortgage and would highly recommend this man’s unique services to anyone.

Jess was really helpful throughout our mortgage process. She helped us to secure smaller interest rates, and was always there to answer any questions we had. Had an excellent experience with Jess!

Jess was amazing start to finish. She worked hard to get our rate secured as they were going up, and then throughout the process kept looking for better rates and switched us over when she found them. Worked closely with the solicitor and always knew where we were at in the process, kept us informed and explained things perfectly.

What started as a 'simple' house move ended in two mortgages and divorce!

Tony, our advisor, was fantastic, from start to finish. We were paying off our homebuy loan and the whole process from first contact to completion was about 8 weeks. Tony sourced the solicitor who was familiar with Homebuy, all completed using a secure App system, emails or phone calls. Tony was always on the end of the phone via what’s app to answer any questions- no matter how trivial they might be. Thank you for making the process a smooth one!
