I had been thinking about buying a second home for ages but everything seemed to confusing for me as I would have had to withdraw money out of the house I was in. Also all the interest rates I was being quoted was way too high. My fixed term was coming to a End anyway so I just thought I'd ask David Schofield to have a quick check. Within 24hrs of me goving him my mortgage details and payslips he got back to me with two amazing deals. Way cheaper than what I'd been quoted. We met for a coffee in costa just to run through things properly. And now hopefully will be in my dream house next month with and house to let out. It was easy and simple the only thing I regret is not putting it off and doing it sooner.

Had a good appointment with Gareth John as I approach the expiry of the current mortgage. Took the time to talk through my options, reviewed the market but ultimately suggested I stay with my current provider.
