I ordered Headphones 2 weeks ago, still none. Tried to file for refund but no answer. After reading reviews, I think I got scammed. Unless proven otherwise
I ordered a product and they flat out did not deliver it and basically took my money and gave a lot of excuses for no delivery, They scammed me plain and simple.
Placed my order back in November, still have not received. Sent numerous emails with no response.
Everything, from day one, receiving the defective products, asking for a refund, also asking for their address so I can return the defective, products, ignoring all my replies, and just sending me emails saying sorry for the inconvenience, and here is a copy and paste from there reply to me, We’re so sorry for the inconvenience.
May we refund you 7USD as compensation?
Thanks for your kind understanding. I paid them $81.58 US dollars for two items, and they want to give me $7 US dollars, and they kept making excuses that if I returned the items the shipping cost would be too much, I told them not to worry because I ship items to my customers worldwide, I kept insisting for there address but they would not give it to me, this company is all a scam, on there home page when reading about the product, it says in black and white if there are any issues with the item, or if you are not satisfied with the product, not to worry, 100% customer satisfaction, return policy, not true, I will also be posting this on the BBB website, Better Business Bureau, make sure you spread the word, because I would not want this to happen to anyone else.
Bought 4 body worn camaras to use in cars as a dash cams. The Facebook add says carry strap, 64 micro sd card and mini tripod is included. First they overcharged me but did refunded the addtional cost siting an error their end. When the products arrived they offered the camara but none of the addional items in the advert. When contacted they were propt in responding and asked for photos of what was received, which were sent. They did not accept they are advertising products they do not provide. They offered me £10 compensation but I cannot buy the micro sd cards and tripods for that. They did not want to refund me and said the postage would be too high for me to return to China. After asking for a partial refund in that case, they gave me £20, but the cameras are not working on all the products they sent. I asked for there address and company directors name as I wanted to feed back my thoughts on their customer service, but they declined to offer it. The products are not worth the money I paid.
I was not satisfied with the product "Handhold digital microskop" and wanted to return it. But they keep asking what is wrong with it and want picture. On there page they say: "Just send us an email and we'll fix it by offering you a replacement or refund. 100% easy and risk-free process."
Which is not true. It's now almost 2 weeks and still no refund.
