We recently sold our house with Mooved and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently, and we felt well supported throughout.

A special mention to Andrew, Layla, and Richard, who were all incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. They kept us updated at every stage, answered any questions quickly, and made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable.

I viewed a property last week through Mooved, it didn't quite fit me but the service was great. James booked my viewing promptly and the agent at the property was friendly.

Please dont be taken in by the marketing for Mooved. They make it sound like they have an almost guaranteed group of people waiting to buy houses. They follow a process but they dont do everything they can to sell your house or they didnt with ours. First they put our house on the market at 15K more than they were giving us and then, when it didnt sell immediately they advertised to 'investors' & that was it, in a market where investing is less attractive nothing happened. They didnt call me, I usually called them for updates and even when it was clear nothing was happening they continued to profess that they were optimistic. Basically we wasted 6 weeks while nothing really happened and they didnt sell our house.

They are very helpful, responds immediately, keeps you updated by James and Layla. I will use them again.

They were very easy to get in touch with, tried to get us better pricing by negotiating in our name, and having a final figure of payment without having to calculate fees, lawyers and other hidden costs.

I spoke with James Harrison, he was kind and transparent throughout the whole process. I was able to talk to him honestly about my sale plans, and in return, he gave me honesty back and listed all my options. That's exactly the kind of person I like to deal with.

I want to give a huge shout out to Andrew Hegarty. He has been nothing but amazing with us. As first time buyers, we haven’t had the best luck with properties, but the difference between Mooved and other estate agents we’ve dealt with is honestly night and day Mooved is truly top tier.
