The Important Part: 

  • We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
  • Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 9pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
  • Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
  • Each bouquet is hand-tied by our expert florists.
  • Bouquets come in our signature Nourishing Wrap to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling

Please Note:

  • In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
  • The vase is not included.

Unfortunately, my Mother was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers, as they weren't in great condition and she had to throw many of them away. This isn't the first time I've had substandard flowers from here, so I'll stick to the local florists in future.

Product recieved in poor condition. Flowers described as 'slimy' by recipient and were visibly dying Had to be thrown out 1 day later. Very disappointed as normally flowers are of excellent quality

Noticed quite a few flowers were wilted upon delivery. Next day bouquet was already on its way out. Photos taken one day after delivery, as can be verified by photo time stamp. We have 14 or more day old flowers which are still looking vibrant, whereas these were nearing the afterlife the moment they arrived 🤣😅😂 Appreciate that it was short notice, however, these were not acceptable for even a £5 bouquet.

Flowers were lovely

Absolutely rubbish quality. The flowers were for Mother’s Day. Paid for fastest possible delivery and ended up with dead flowers and a disappointed Mother. Was then offer to send a replacement to then be told they were out of stock. Got a refund but didn’t really make up for the hassle and also still had a disappointed mum at the end of it!

Appaling quality. Most of the flowers were dead on the day of delivery, All roses dried and shrivelled up. All flowers .dead by second or third day. . Nearly all have now died. Extremely bad value for money.

Late delivery again

Flowers were pretty much dead on arrival & didn’t perk up after feeding. Worst flowers my mother has ever received. I definitely won’t be using Moonpig in future for flowers.

Advertised with 7 days life. Dead and dying after 3. For the price I’d expect the 7 days to be a minimum for the whole bouquet.

Half of the flowers were nearly dead, these went into the bin!

Unfortunately the flowers that were delivered to my mum on Mothers Day were dry and some were dead. I complained to moonpig and after sending some pictures of the flowers, they apologied and offered a replacement or refund. They were very good with how they handled my issue so I can't vault the customer service. I would try them again in the future after the way they handled the situation.

The second day of arrival, the flowes were brown and wilted. Nice flowers but, not fresh. Spoke to my mum today, and had to throw them away as they were all dead. No even 5 days. No 7 day guarantee freshness
