I paid extra for next day delivery and it was delivered 3 days later. A birthday card. Not acceptable.

I've not actually seen the product as it was delivered directly to the recipient but the service was excellent and it arrived on time.

Ordered in plenty of time and paid extra so that it would arrive on time but as before with Moonpig you don’t realize until you pay that dates are often “from” rather than “on” a specific date and so the card arrived 1 day after birthday. Very sad!

Totally unacceptable- paid for expedited delivery and 7 days later still waiting for the birthday card and gift card to be delivered. Tracking info provides no details or updates.
