Card was great, funny and personalised. But. Where was the envelope? Don't cards come with envelopes any more?

It arrived 2 days late and want a refund but no one reply’s to me. Awful service. After speaking on live chat today I got a positive and apologetic response and awarded a £5.00 credit. This does not take away the fact the card arrived 2 days late but at least I now have response
