I didn't see any info on how to change the writing on the grey fronted card to add a picture or caption?

I love the cards at moonpig sadly since August 2021 every batch of cards ordered never arrive or arrive on time, so far we have had 3 no shows at all, and 4 replacements. I paid for special 24hr delivery that arrived several days after the expected date.
