Late delivery, and writing said the wrong thing, couldn’t even be bothered to go through the stress of sorting a refund, do not use this company

Awful service awful company …card didn’t even arrive and it was for my brother who is very ill in hospital. Paid for next day delivery no card and no refund ! Disgusting company that’s gone downhill avoid avoid avoid !!!!!!
I ordered a customised card as i was going to a special event. So that I would receive the card in time i paid for the quickest service but that didn't happen. My event came and went and the card arrived a week later, totally gutted.
