Not delivered or received and asking for reviews. Sent email on day of delivery to apologies it wasn’t delivered. Promised next day and never arrived. Second time this has happened in two years for same birthday. Waste of time and ridiculous service. And then ask for a review well here it is. Pay me back my money please
Great service, but pricey compared to others. Perfect if you want next day delivery
Good service, great card
6great card
The recipient loved it!
Funny and appropriate
It was great to be able to personalise it especially as my mum had to go to the doctor's about her heart on her birthday 😂😂
Fair, humorous card
Pleased with the card but disappointed it didn’t arrive on time therefore missed the birthday
Good card and good time on delivery
Well my Mums hard of hearing and trumps like a trooper, so when I seen this I just had to send it
I have been using Moonpig for many years now and keep returning because I know I can rely upon their efficient, customer-friendly service
Good quality card ,arrived early Delighted with card
Very funny card and arrived on time
Bit gutted as my card turned up to my sisters with just "To Sarah" on it and didn't print the rest of my message. Luckily she knew it was from me as I said to expect it, and I've ordered many times before with no issue. I went over the preview a few times to ensure it was OK and showed up that it was so don't know what went wrong.
Family member liked it. That’s the main thing. And it arrived on time!!
Very funny indeed
